Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The chicken curry I had for dinner was one of the best I have ever eaten. Holiday Inn has proven to provide great accomdation for the night before early flights both at Gatwick and in Melbourne.

Arrived late for a next day flight, no cot in the room but someone very quickly brought it up for us. The room was very hot and no sound proofing from other guests in the corridors. Plane noise also loud but we chose a hotel on the airport so can’t complain. Our main trouble is that parking was non existent when we arrived, and with a two year old sleeping we hastily parked on grass after being told to by reception. The following morning we were stuck in the mud after a night of rain. Luckily a kind receptionist got some guys to come help us and after maybe half hour we were out. Although sewage was coming out of the we’d mud and we could smell this from our trainers when at the airport. We also had to pay to park which seems crazy when it was on a random piece of grass.

Great facility for the price. Not the ritz Carlton but that’s not the point. Easy 15 minute walk to Horley with several great restaurants and pubs. I’ll stay again.

The carpeting is old and had a musty smell all over the place; it got pretty strong in some areas. The shower had no soap or bodywash in the bathroom. The fixture only had shampoo and condotioner. The only bodywash was fixed to the wall next to the sink outside the bathroom.

Very clean hotel and shuttle services to the airport NOT free- £4, but I stayed a couple hours at this hotel before catching my 9hr flight back home, very nice staff! I had a late check in @ 2am from a red eye coming to London from Ibiza and I was able to check in with no issues there is a 24 hour front desk service

Very easy location to stay when flying in/out of Gatwick. Using the Hoppa Shuttle is great to get to and from the Airport to the hotel. Property a/c was an issue on a very hot day. Staff was great in moving me. Restaurant/bar on premise is perfect as you can’t walk to anything. Understaffed. People there work hard.

No plug in basin, No shower gel as had not been filled up, No bath mat, No fridge. Have stayed here before and no problems like this.

Not a good experience. Went to check in and shared I had a reservation but told they’d need to check in rooms as many flights canceled. I booked 6 months ago so there should not be an issue. They didn’t ask the family before me the same question. The room was missing a tv remote, the front desk didn’t answer the phone, trash on the floor, hair dryer broken. Won’t spend my money here again

This property lacks the Holiday Inn standard. You can feel the coils of the beds, as you sleep. They do not provide washcloths, and guests are only allowed one towel. How is a girl supposed to wash her hair? The shower head is weak, and the hot water almost non existent. The front desk is only semi helpful, depending on who helps you. I had several questions about the shuttle to the train station, and the desk clerk seemed annoyed to answer them. Later, I asked a female, and she was friendly and helpful. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns, and this location doesn’t measure up to the others.

Quick check in, $12 Uber ride away from airport. Room is dated but comfortable. Good hotel if you have an early flight to catch.
