This property is a bit run down. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is good.

Very good price. Hard to find this hotel. The sign says something else. My room was not cleaned. But they gave me another room which was an upgrade and that one was clean. It's not in the center. But safe, and parking was good.

No gym, no sauna, dirty floors(stains on carpets), no soundproof walls(you can hear your neighbour on the toilet) and the worst is no WIFI signal. You can catch a glimpse of WIFI in toilet but no in the room. Breakfast was ok, but entire hotel looks like a old WW2 prison. Terrible...

Decent location, service was good and well mannered. Road leading to property wasn’t lit very well, so could do with some external lights to entrance. Enjoyable stay, close to transport links, and easy to navigate.

No minibar/ fridge, bad condition- old carpet with huge stains, shower not properly cleaned (mouldy tiling). Parking gate wasn’t working but they still tried to charge us for parking. Also tried to tell me I hadn’t paid for the hotel even though I had the confirmation I did.

Warm, comfortable, convenient for us. We, and several other guests, had to wait for a space in the breakfast room before we could have breakfast on more than one day. The room is big enough for more tables - the management should invest in some, especially as they encourage people to come from outside for breakfast, and the breakfasts at Eur.16 are rater expensive.

The service overall was good. The people at tge reception was very helpful. When we wanted upgrade our room ,it was done swiftly wirh no issues. The location of the hotel facing the river and close to station is very good as well. The rooms though were not clean for regular standards. The both room capets were stained. The same for toilettes and bathroom tiles ,moldy and dirty. It is a good idea not to service the rooms for the days the customer don't require it and give tgem vouchers to use but when they clean the rooms, they should do it properly. The thin pillows were not also comfortable. Only one provided. When we tried to have dinner at the restaurant, we were turned back 2 nites in a row. Maybe, language barrier. We were told they were full when in reality, they were empty an hour later. We were not asked if we wanted to reserve for another evening. It was as if we were not wanted. The feeling we got..

The hotel was nice but on arrival, I was informed the twin room I had booked months in advance was not available and I was expected to share a bed with my work colleague. They did, in the end, upgrade the room although one of us still had to sleep on a camp bed. Would suggest they don't take the money in advance of the booking if they aren't able to provide the room that was requested.

Changed room over the fone, but they had a wrong pic. Of the room. Pic. Said two sofa and was comfort room. At hotel this was suite.? Lady on done and pic said comfort room. And 10 euro to change. Made that deal, but got normal room, and they still want 10 euro. Agreed not to pay 10 euro when leaving. Sad story. Only Two friendly staff.

Clean and closely located from Park San Souci. Got a room facing a lake. Had big twin bed and bathroom. Vety quiet.

Pleasant quiet room in old part of hotel. Everything worked, room was cleaned while I was at breakfast, no problems whatever.

Nice hotel, but in a very bleak location. Transport link is okay,when working. It cost us our flight though, due to a lack of information at Charlottenhof hbf about train cancellations.

Be careful with this hotel - if you book standard room, it will be located in old building, it means you will get very small room with view to parking lot, and you wont have bath - only shower and courtain. Its not worthy 90 euros for one night

I arrived late in the night~ the lady at the reception was extremely nice and the other lady after the first one was also extremely helpful! I love this hotel!!

Friendly place for an overnight stay, on tram line and 200m from Potsdam Charlottenhof station. Didn't have the breakfast. Aircon kept the room comfortable even though outside temperature 30C. Double glazing eliminated the noise of the German custom of smashing vast amounts of crockery on your wedding night, which was going on outside. I'd stay there again.

The room assigned first did not have sufficient wireless service, as the signal was too weak to use. No free beverages there. 4.5 euro for 750ml water is a bit expensive. It was nice that the front accepted my claim and changed the room immediately; scary, if another room hadnt been available. The riverside looks beautiful, but the other side was not good. A car user might not consider, but general foreign visitors would be worried of safety. The hotel might have to prepare a map and info on public transport and on a grocery store nearby. The staff there worked nicely, but more smile would definitely improve everyones impression.

This hotel was conveniently situated near the centre so that we could walk to the historic sights of importance apart from Sanssouci. Its location by the riverside made for pleasant walks in the evening.
