Location was great. Mr Jae was so good to us, so so helpful. We will miss you.

The bed and quilt are comfortable and sleep soundly.

The bathroom light will go out automatically. There's only one washing machine and dryer. I didn't finish my laundry until three in the morning. The single bed is not comfortable because it faces the air-conditioning outlet.

The location is not that near to subway station, around 11mins walking distance. The location still near to center. And the hotel is clean.

The hotel does not provide free lagguge keeping, if you do an early check in, before 15:00, need to pay at least 30,000won, and if you choose to use the locker, it charges at 10,000 for 3 hours. We paid 20,000won for 3hr 7 minutesl:(

Room was nice and well appointed.

Found a dirty plastic take out tray under one bed, the armrest of the desk chair was loose, and the towel rack fell off the bathroom wall. The on-premises coffee shop is only open from 10-1200, and there is no restaurant or food for purchase.

The hotel had very competitive prices, was well equipped and spacious.

Location is ok, it is not far from more touristy areas but it is not in a central location. You have bus and metro close by which helped a lot

The location was very near the Metro. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. And there’s even a laundry area and a water refilling machine upstairs. The best part of our stay was how Damien accommodated all our requests - he always went the extra mile! Thank you Damien! And also, the airport bus pick up point was very near the hotel. And there’s a convenient store right outside. I would stay here again the next time I go to Korea!

great location and SUCH KIND people. we accidentally turned our do not disturb light on, and the kind lady who cleans left us a basket of towels and water. the next day she almost chased us down and showed us how to turn it off so she could clean our room. the place was clean, spacious, and so close to 3 different metro lines!!! so easy to get anywhere in the city

Location is close to several metrolines. Seperate bathroom, good wifi, comfy bed.

Noise. There is an almost constant noise in room 2105, which somtimes stops gor 20 seconds and restarts. Sleeping without earplugs is (for me) not possibly. (Luckily I always travel with).

The hotel location is superb, nearby the train station (5 mins walk) and there are a couple convenience stores around it. It is also situated near the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and Gwangjang Market (both are about 8-10 minutes walk). The hotel itself is clean, staffs are friendly and easy to reach via text. the internet connection is good and for the price that we got it was well worth it. It also have washing machine upstairs for those who need some cleaning to do. Hot water and ice can also be obtained upstairs.

If you are bringing a whole lot of luggage be prepared to do at least 2 trips up the elevator as it is quite small.

Clean and convenient. The housekeeping staff was nice to leave a set of new towels and additional bottles of water outside our room when we asked for no housekeeping needed

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is near subway station quite convenient to go anywhere.

The service of staff is almost non existence. On the last day we ask help from one of the staff in the reception to book us taxi to Seoul station but he refused. He's saying can only help book taxi to incheon. We stayed there for 8 nights, the least he can do help us a bit.

Very smooth check in. Clean room. Good that it is cleaned everyday.

Cannot position this as a hotel, more like a motel. you have to switch the corridor light on yourself, if it was off. to find the switch is challenging. and its dark at night.

Room facilities didn’t same as mentioned in booking.com. bathroom tiles very dangerous. The bed is small.
