This place was amazing. Tim offered maximum flexibility which was paramount for us as our travel was uncertain. We flew to Rochester for an urgent adoption, and we spent the first week of our newborn daughter’s life here caring for her with our grandparents. Situated in a central historic neighborhood, this VRBO was easy to navigate, allowing for beautiful walks and easy access to grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. We fell in love with Rochester here. The house itself was super clean, modern updated finishes, and intuitive to use. We would do it all over again in hindsight - cannot recommend enough.

Was superb! We loved it and will stay again when visiting friends in this area. Can walk to coffee, dinner, bars, sports playing in bars nearby. Sidewalks and also grocery store, etc all nearby. Easy access to freeways.

Very comfortable home. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Park Ave is a wonderful area in Rochester.

Several members of our family visited Rochester for a wedding and stayed at Mr. Flynn's property. The experience was delightful. The house was clean, beautifully appointed and provided us with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Mr. Flynn was easy to contact with questions and he thoughtfully provided an "instruction link" that provided us with useful information regarding the property. And he also had a basket of snacks for us to satisfy any between meal cravings. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Property was well maintained and very clean. Host communication was superb. 5 star experience overall.

My family and a couple of friends had the pleasure of staying at this unit while we attended the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill. The unit was located in the perfect spot, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. We all loved how modern and clean the unit was. Although the house seemed to be dated, everything inside the unit was updated, working, and clean! All in all, a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Rochester area.

Again, we had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable and clean home. The location is perfect and close to all the restaurants on Park Ave.

Tim was fantastic, easy to deal with, and always receptive when we had issues. He was quick to get someone to fix the circuit that was continually blowing for the dishwasher. He brought over a can opener the next day after we asked for one. He received the news about two pieces of siding being blowing loose. I wanted to give Tim five stars, but there were just a few things about the home that could be improved. The downstairs rug under the coffee table was covered in cat hair and continued to get on our clothing throughout the trip. It was very very cold in Rochester during our stay and the windows were not completely closed when we got there so the home was cold. Tim had to tell us to push up the top sash fully in order to lock the bottom sash to get the windows completely closed. Finally, the upstairs room did not have central heat. Instead, a portable heater had to be used to heat the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. None of these items are terrible but just not five stars.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful updated modern home. It was extremely clean and inviting. The host went out of his way and provide everything we would need to make us feel at home. The location is close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. It was so nice to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

Newly refurbished stay in convenient location! We felt very comfortable! the host was responsive and offered food and snacks and advice for activities to help enjoy our stay even more. Highly recommend.
