Room 101 is where I stayed the rest of the nights. The hotel was good overall and I would return. - The aircon was excellent and steady temperature. - Sink and toilet were clean and new-like. - Fast internet at 40Mbps+ - Its generally a quiet hotel with pigeons that you get use to. - Lightweight bed and covers are really good because aircon is. - The kettle worked well. - Because of the aircon the bathroom dries fast which is great. - No crazy roaches, ants or bugs just some small water flies sometimes. In General - Staff is cordial and helpful. - I thought the receptionist was great to give me Room 101 after dealing with Room 301. - Great value for around the lessor $20 per night stays. - The place overall has a decent comfortable feel to it.

I was able to change rooms thankfully which made me stay an extra 3 days because the quality went up greatly. Stay away from Room 301 though if you can or book it for just one day: - Floor was covered in nasty smudge that needs to be scrubbed well. - Aircon was running but not cold. - Nasty smell in the toilet. - Water not hot for the shower, just lukewarm. - Worn down Sink and toilet compared to Room 101. - Probably worse Wi-Fi in the building at 1-2Mbps and shutting off continuously. About Room 101. It's good but some major issues that I thought were tolerable for at least a week: - Water pressure is too high, causing erratic faucet or shower behavior. - Toilet has to be flushed twice. - Shower heat is based on nozzle control. So, if you want the most heat you have to let the shower spray less than more. In regards to the hotel. - You'll hear pigeons constantly unless your facing the room on the street. - Some of the towels and handcloths are worn out. Some have a smell where you don't even want to use them. - The internet can be terrible to very good based on what room your in.

The staff are helpful, the location is perfect. The balcony is wide.

There is no safebox.and bathroom heater doesn't work.

Excellent location for Riverside, lot's of local and tourist eateries.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Nice hotel, good location. They help me with anything that I need, even take me to money changer , to keep me safe. I love this place 🥰

men staff were great.On checkout the woman staff tried to scam me,A face towel had some blood spots and the base sheet had a gravey stain from a pork chop.She wanted for me to replace because she could not clean.We argued and I went to the sink with soap powder and cleaned them.These are people that clean every day.I have been washing for 50yrs.It all came out.No sorry sir.Just a bad ending to 2 week stay.Watch out for her
