Great place to stay in Paris; centrally located, easy access to charming places in the city, transportation and restaurants/bars.Pleasant interaction with Cynthia at the front desk.

Great lobby, comfortable bed, Executive suite is the way to go if you need more room. Bathroom was nice size, although shower is a bit small and tight. Housekeeping was good. Great location - easy tot he Metro and well located for St. Germain area.

This was our second time in Paris, and this place for the price you pay and the location they have, it is super amazing. Great area to stay in and be away from some packed tourist area and enjoy some real parisian experience while you are still close to some attractions by foot and everywhere else by public transport with so many stations close by

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it last minute and we will for sure come back. The staff is wonderful very accommodating and the location is quite centralized. Le Bon Marche is a short walk and there are several restaurants just a few blocks away.
The decor is great and the rooms very comfortable.

Our family including two adult children and their wives all loved Victoria Palace. The staff were extremely helpful with dining and shopping recommendations, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to several Metro lines. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

extremely OVERPRICED!!! I paid US$1000 per night for a small room that barely fit in my large suitcase, and a small window that you can only see others rooftop or others window, NEVER pick this hotel for their way to do business. This is my ONLY disappointment in the Olympic Paris trip and hope no one suffer in the future like me.

Disappointed ..they forgot to change the towels because they were hanging on the hangers, so next day I had to throw used towels on the floor to make sure they replaced it with fresh ones. Location is horrible too. Not as much dining around, everything is to far got to use a metro to even get some decent breakfast. Metro is not that close either..

Amazing staff. Great shampoo and conditioner and body wash and body lotion in the bathrooms. Great shower. Very clean, super friendly staff. Highly recommend

We were blown away when we arrived; the space is so much more gorgeous than the photos imply. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional and the location was extremely central and well connected. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying here. In the 6th, but near the 14th. Great location, but quiet. Very large bathroom. Great breakfast buffet too!

The service in this property is horrendous. They are dismissive, rude and in no way go out of their way to assist you. I would be appalled if these people worked for my company; it is an embarrassment.
I do not want a tired and generic response from the hotel "we are sorry we did not meet your expectations",so please don't bother. You simply need to retrain your employees to provide a service which is fitting for your brand. Your property is a great disappointment in an otherwise wonderful city.

The Victoria Palace was lovely. The staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious, and our rooms were lovely. We stayed in the family room, which was actually two full rooms and bathrooms with a privacy door and our own section of a hallway to ourselves that locked from the outside. It was perfect for our family and so nice to have two bathrooms. The area had all of the amenities we needed with plenty of transportation options close by. We had a wonderful stay.

We booked a suite and it was perfect for our needs. The size, cleanliness, and decor were fantastic and the outdoor space was a bonus to have. This hotel really enhanced our couple nights stay in Paris and we would come come back/definitely recommend to others.

Very nice hotel. Really like the price compared to other luxury hotels in the area. Large rooms, nice to have USB ports on both sides of the bed, like the Chromecast so we can watch Netflix. Like the breakfast as well. Very close to many places to eat, drink and very close to Metro stops to get anywhere in the city. And for a 2-20-30 minute walk you can get to the Louvre, to the Seine, Notre Dame, etc. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a centrally located place to visit all of Paris!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria Palace. We opted for an executive room and it was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Great little boutique hotel!

Very comfortable room and probably one of the biggest rooms we've ever had when in Paris.
Tea, coffee, small fridge and an iron/ironing board all provided which was an unexpected and very welcome surprise.

We chose this property based on previous positive previews for a short stint in Paris to acclimate to the time zone prior to heading to Le Mans. We loved the property for all the things others have already said and the Montparnasse neighborhood has become a favorite for its eclectic mix of shopping and dining. A short walk/drive (i.e. we took an Uber 'cuz we had our luggage) to the train station for destinations west (i.e. Le Mans), we highly recommend this property as well. Friendly and helpful staff and good size rooms. We'll be back.

The staff are delightful and provided a lovely space to freshen up before our room was ready. Traveling out of Montparnasse after our stay was so easy. My only suggestion is better lighting in the bathroom. It looks gorgeous, but it’s a challenge to see.
