It was conveniently located to the freeway, and the price was in the mid range so we selected it. It wasn’t our favorite stay on our journey, but it was a place to lay our head that evening. The breakfast buffet was very, very basic and not much to share about that. The rooms were old and needed updating. The shower was like from the 70s.

There was a funny smell in the hotel rooms. It felt damp in the room but it was not raining. The staff were lovely and kind! I think the hotel is just getting old. Location was good.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the hotel was not in good condition. The carpet and furniture was very outdated, worn down, and uncleanly. The poor was also not that clean and had what appeared to be dryer sheets floating in it. The beds are very uncomfortable, and there were stains on the blankets and the curtains. Also, we discovered near the end of the stay that someone had crushed a small roach with the no smoking sign by our TV. The walls were scraped and worn out from maintenance carts and had large piece of the plaster missing. There was a molded/mildewed place near the back exit from a roof leak that appeared to be left unchecked. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t book it again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I don’t have high standards or expectations from hotels and I was still impressed. The only drawback was that occasionally, I could hear beeping from the nearby carwash but I have no doubt they would have given me a different room if I asked.

The room was ok but a little dated. The bathroom door slides open but they are pretty old so they are hard to open and close. The beds were small but comfortable. The breakfast was just a waffle maker , a few small muffins, 2.cereals and yougurt. Nothing great but better than nothing i guess. The worst part was the very strong smell of weed in the hallways

There were some questionable people hanging out around the convenient store next to the hotel. I could smell pot being smoked in and around the hotel, which I found very unsettling.

The groom was nonsmoking but it wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke.

Paying extra fees at check in for just incase cost. We traveled with no children, no pets, etc. However, we received the money back afterward of checking out and the inspection of the room which required a slight delay in our departure; because we had to return to the room to make sure that they looked the room over. Rather this slight delay then to be billed for any damage not cause by us later to appear on our card for something that we didn't do.

We needed a quick overnight place in Nashville close to the airport. For the money, this property met all of our needs.

The beds were described as queens but felt like twins. The bathroom door was thin and not very private. 15 minute drive from most desired locations as far entertainment, food, gas, the mall, and the airports very close.

Reddy checked me in for my stay. He is very professional and helpful. He is also friendly and polite.

Our flight was delayed so we got there late. I called to let the manager know we would be late. The guy acted aggravated when we got there, but I think it might just be his disposition. By the time we checked out, he seemed good. My boyfriend commented as we were walking down the hall that I reserved a dump. It was just dated. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the shower head was better than the Hilton in Nashville. The next morning we were woken up to the car wash next door saying "please pull forward". We heard that a bunch of times. We missed out on the hotel breakfast only because we didn't get there on time. It was an average place, and we'll find a different place to stay next time through.

There should more more attention paid to the dinning room. Even the limited choices were not available at times.There was no bread at all. First couple of days there was no fruits but the third day there was apple.The half and half was spoiled and took effort to have staff replaced them with a new patch. There was no milk and muffin often.
The water in the pool was green and should be chemically treated to have it ready for the season.
Parking spaces were not adequate.
