This townhouse is really cute and actually fairly spacious, but it is three levels, so there are a lot of stairs, just to be aware. Nicely decorated and clean, convenient location. Lovely views of the gulf, we saw stingrays and dolphins. Navarre Beach is just beautiful and not crowded, which is so nice, we really like it here.

Navarre beach is a gem. This is a perfect condo for 2 adults. The views are breathtaking. Location is Everything! I would recommend a new couch for comfort.

Southern Breeze is our favorite place to stay in Navarre!

this was not our first visit to southern breeze. we stayed in May, 2008. i believe the sofa sleeper/couch was the same one may want to replace it- is not very comfortable as a couch, we didn't sleep on it. we have recommended to our friends

This property was perfect for my husband and me!!

This home was everything we could have hoped for. Located directly on the beach with a great view of the ocean from either of the two balconies. Getting into Navarre proper was easy and convenient as was getting to Pensacola Beach. We were more than pleased with our stay and were very sad to leave.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Loved the location, no crowds!!! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved that you have your own walkway straight to the beach, so close that you can go to and from the beach within a couple of minutes. Kitchen well stocked. We did get our exercise in with all the stairs, but that was a good thing with all that we ate. The only thing I didn't really care for was that there isn't any privacy for the bedroom, as we had family sleeping downstairs in the living room, but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again. And also I would suggest putting a curtain or blind on the upstairs bathroom window. But we had a good time and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful week in this townhouse, the beach was not busy at all in front of the property...it was very clean & met all our needs & the walk over is wonderful.. would definitely stay here again!

Love Love Love this place!!! My husband and I have stayed in this unit several times and this is our go to place every time. The location of the townhouse is perfect! The beach is not overly crowed, yet. Haha! This time was the first time we had 4 people in the unit and it was a little cramped, but we made it work. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this unit!!! On a side note. We hired a local photographer "Sea Glass Photography" she was amazing and very reasonably priced. There were so many photographers to choose from. I hope this will help someone looking for a photographer. The Hostetter Family

This place has everything we need! You can see the ocean from both decks. Steps to the beach. The beach isn't so crowded in front of the condo. Love it here! We will return!

This past week has probably been one of the best beach trips I’ve ever taken. It was relaxing without fighting for beach space. The condo was perfect with views like I’ve never experienced. The water was gorgeous!! I will definitely be returning as soon as I can.

We were there for a whole week and the beaches and house were beautiful! If you’re looking for an extremely family friendly beach then go stay where we did! If I could rate this 100 stars then I would! We will 100% be coming back.

The townhouse is described perfectly. It was very clean and had enough room for our family of 4 and our dog. The location is perfect as well. The access to the private beach was key since we were there for a holiday weekend but we had the beach basically to ourselves. The owner was great, very responsive to text messages and even made a few suggestions on things we could do with the kids in the area. If you like hot wings and pizza make sure to go to County Line Pizza and Pub and get the Chef's hot wings.

We had another great stay at Southern Breeze 6. Very relaxing week. We love that we are able to bring along our puppy when we stay here. The owner Terri is nice and easy to communicate with. We love that it is right on the beach. You will not be disappointed!

Terri is so helpful with her suggestions of places to go and good restaurants to eat. This was the second time that we stayed here and it's just perfect for my husband, myself and our little Pomeranian, Dusty! However, three weeks before our vacation, my precious Dusty passed away. Terri was so gracious to refund my pet deposit when she really didn't have to do that! I would recommend her to anyone!

We have stayed at Terri's Southern Breeze townhouse 3 times now and we love it! There are 2 fabulous balconies where you can watch dolphins and sea birds all day long. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the bedroom opens up to the sound of the ocean waves, which will mesmerize you. This beach has a laid back vibe which we enjoy. Navarre beach also has a bike and walking path that runs all the way to the national seashore areas. It's a fabulous place to stay. We cannot wait to plan our next vacation here!

My husband and I stayed here the first week of April 2017, and it was absolutely lovely! The condo is in great shape, complete with everything we needed for the week. The lack of crowding on the beach was very nice - we took our bikes and went on many long bike rides around the island - we loved waking up in the morning with a full view of the sunrise and the ocean. There were several great restaurants within a short driving distance. A couple of points to mention that would have been helpful to me when looking at this unit to rent - if you have small children, be advised there are 2 open staircases - you would want to bring a gate to block them off (this would not be a deterrent to rent the unit, just a heads up so you can be prepared). Also, we were looking for a unit that was directly on the beach, with easy access to the beach and water and this unit completely delivered - leaving the unit to get down to the beach or water was an absolute breeze (would be very easy to do with small children). Overall, it was a very relaxing enjoyable week, due to both the low-key relaxed feel of the island and the comfort of the unit. We will be back! :)

Southern Breeze is always very clean. We love the new furniture and artwork! Terri is a joy to rent from! We brought our 8 year old Lab with us this year. She enjoyed sunning on the deck and watching the dolphins!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Southern Breeze #6. Beach seems very private being that it a little ways down from the high rises. This unit provides easy access to the beach and fantastic view of the water. King bed was comfortable, and the kitchen has everthing you need. Thank you Terri!

We stayed at Southern Breeze #6 Jan-Feb 2017. It was perfect for the two of us and our little dog. Terri was very welcoming and happy to accommodate our needs. The condo is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The views from both the upper and lower decks are beautiful, and we loved the easy access to the beach. We are planning on returning next year.
