The home was clean and nicely decorated and it had a very nice smell. The location was good , close to town. The neighborhood seemed safe. We enjoyed Greenville very much and the house was great.

This home is beautiful, super clean and perfect down to the tiniest details. No need to keep looking this is the home you need to rent for your vacation! It’s close to everything that downtown offers plus the surrounding cities! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!

To sum up our overall experience: It was amazing, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time near downtown Greenville. It is quite literally only a 5 minute drive to/from downtown. The property is kept up extremely well. It was very clean and tidy when we entered. The host also left a cute welcome basket for us, as well as a binder with things to do while we were in town. Our check-in process was seamless, and the host always responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a very quiet neighborhood, so this is perfect for adults or families looking to be near downtown without being in it.

Property was perfect for a long weekend trip, meeting friends in a new city. Located close to downtown and just about everything you want to do in Greenville. House was also perfect for 2 families with three kids, including two under two - had a crib and day bed! Host was responsive & considerate. One of the most thoughtfully laid out and furnished places we’ve stayed.

This property and it's host was amazing. You cant find another that offers all the comforts of home away from home. From phone chargers, washing detergent, plastic ware, paper plates, and any other items you can think of were there. The property was beautiful and most accommodating. The host was most gracious during a time of bereavement for my family. Needless to say, this property was the best that I have experienced!

We celebrated out oldest daughter graduating College and our youngest daughters birthday. The home was very nice. Enough room for both girls to have friends and plenty space for all of us. Within a 5 min drive to downtown.

Brennen’s place is phenomenal! It was very close to downtown and local eateries.
We have three kids and it was nice that each had their own room. We have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and I believe this is one of our favorites.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is just minutes from local restaurants/breweries/shops and is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was immaculate and contained all conveniences to make my family feel right at home. We loved the basement and the bar-area added a very cool touch to our visit. We would most definitely stay again! Excellent communication with the homeowner. Thanks for everything!

A perfect home for our group of 7. State of the art appliances and attention to cleanliness was apparent. The basement shower alone makes this listing worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone. The host was also very easy to communicate with. Thanks again Brennan!

Brennan was very attentive and a great communicator. But honestly the star of the show was the house. It was beautiful and amazing. Eye catching and well put together. Aesthetically the inside of the house was amazing. They pictures did not do it justice. And for my wife and friends it was even better that we got to ride the golf cart downtown which allowed us to not have to fight with parking space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Greenville.

This place is so adorable. We couldn't have been happier with this sweet, well decorated, fully stocked, clean and comfortable vacation home. It was also very convenient to downtown. Not within walking distance but very close. We loved it! I would suggest the owners put a picture of the front of the home on the listing, it's a beautiful home.
