The accommodation was 1st class. Very comfortable and beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved the sea view from lounge and main room. It was an extremely last minute booking and the hostess was very helpful.

Parking not too good, ground very uneven. Didn't get a remote for gate. No visitors allowed, but when explained to security guard, he was very accommodating.

The place is very nice and next to all the necessities.

The house keeper was very rude and kept making false accusations to try and have kicked out.

The housekeeper was not welcoming. He was rude and charged us extra money and when we asked to pay the money directly to the owners account he refused he said we must pay cash or vacate the building immediately with no refund issued. He invaded our privacy. The bedding was dirty , it had stains . They even had expired coffee,sugar and tea bags. He charged us R800 extra for bringing a kid whereas there was nothing in the policy when we booked that mentioned that when we bring a person extra we will be charged. He was not nice at all. I will never ever book the place ever again.

The location was ok for us as it was central to where we needed to go, and was fine for just a few days at a time. The secure parking and Emanuel were a bonus and put us at ease.

The flat would not be to everyones liking as it lacked a pool or any outside space, apart from a small balcony.

When properties like these advertise something completely different to what they offer! Our privacy was invaded by the house keeper/gate keeper, he confiscated our gate remote so we would be stuck inside and couldn’t leave the premises, we were spoken to like we didn’t pay for this property. It was really a man unpleasant stay, must so that we left at 20:00pm and forfeited our reservation. The owner didn’t even give us a call and check it everything was alright or have any concern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The unit is really nice. Clean and new with all amenities.

The only complaint I have is the location. The road is very busy and access is tricky.
