Very lovely and well-kept apartment. Easy self check in and has everything you need. Clean bathroom, enough hot water for the family, just lovely. My family and I really liked it. We definitely will be returning. Good value for money 💰.

The site said that full english or irish breakfast available. This proved only to be continental so we went without.

The only thing that could be improved upon would be the breakfast I would say it would be better to not have it

The breakfast was sufficient and the location was perfect for attending course at university and spending overnight in Hamilton.

Close to the event venue. Self check in. Small but roomy enough for five people.

Could not find the heat pump remote. No insulation in walls made for cold damp and condensation all over the window conditions. No security lights. Hard to see when we arrived at night.

Great location to Jensen Park. So quiet and comfortable Boys had a great night sleep after 3 days of cricket Shower power was excellent and lots of hot water

Great little house for the 5 of us. I really appreciated the milk, bread, jam and cereal left for us.

Sliding door doesn't lock. I have let the property know so hopefully they will fix it.

Location was very handy for what we had planned to do. Shops were walking distance and was a quite neighborhood. Warm sunny house.

a little broom and dustpan and/ or vacuum cleaner would have be handy to have in the house, mainly as some of the guests were children and sometimes they can be a little messy.

Kate was very helpful and responsive. The property was cozy and clean. highly recommended

It was really easy to get to the property from the highway, but it was very quiet and there's a short 15 minute walk for groceries or takeout. Close to drive to the heart of town for good restaurants and nightlife. We used it as a base for Hobbiton and the glow worm caves as very central. The decor and attention to detail was unexpectedly nice - it's really cute and well done. Sewing kit, some food essentials, soap, etc. Very clean.

Great home from home, great location and a superb base to come back to after exploring the area. Kate was a great communicator and host, highly recommended. It has all the little things to make it feel like home not a hotel.

Nothing even cyclone Gladys and an earthquake could ruin our stay.

indoor facilities are excellent well organized every single detail. Host has great thoughtfulness. It seems they kept themselves in guest's shoes and organized the place to meet all the comforts . I felt like it was home away from home .

Clean and tidy accommodation.

Double bed was very hard (I've slept on softer futons), with hard rectangular foam pillows. Thin windows that allowed all noise to come in, including an outside party rill midnight and a dog that was shut out at 1am for the rest of the night, slept a bit on sofa in lounge but left a day early as we were so exhausted and wasted most of the next day due tiredness

Nice place to stay with the kids for a few days.

Comfortable beds, everything you needed and even left us unexpected breakfast supplies which was a nice touch and really appreciated.

Couldn’t use the air conditioner only fans but managed ok. Understand the no shoe policy but not a fan of the slippers provided as not sure about how they are cleaned so used our own.
