Garbage and dust are placed on the head of the bed in the master room, and the toilet is leaking and we got key late 17 minutes at 3:17pm

This is the residence zone so no breakfast included. The location is great considering commuting by Grab. The room is nice with basic amenities, especially those kitchenettes. Water power is great and mechanical items in the room are functional except the television/ cable services.

There are 4 things that are not in line with guest's expectation: (1) There is a cleaning charge on top of the rental fee. The cleaning happened before we checked in, with no additional cleaning during our stay. If this cost is about the chain of cleaning that we have to bear for the one before us, we rather disagree as the main mirror still has large soap stains. (2) The toilet paper roll is a poor quality one. Please use the soft, white rolls. (3) We could not operate TV with the signal box attached to it; and wondered if it worked. If it did, you should have operation instructions. If it doesn't work or requires complicated registration, just note that for us. (4) The iron set is great but the iron itself the wire is worn off and looks dangerous.
