Couple below us playing music until 3am, terrible night's sleep as floors are like paper. This is a room in a house, not an apartment, the house is in Salford - not Manchester. It's a 45 minute walk from town. The 24 hour line is not 24 hours. I rang to see if there was anything that could be done about the noise and the smell of drugs and didn't hear back until 9am. Would definitely not stay here again. No blackout blind in bedroom either so was useless. Awful value for money. Not even soap in shower either

Nothing, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The pictures and descriptions of this property were highly misleading to the extent I entered my room and chose not to stay here. The ROOM was not an apartment of any sort and did not contain an en-suite. The bathroom was instead down some stairs and across the corridor. The pictures on booking.com decided to leave out the pictures of my room/cupboard as well as the appalling state of the outside of the property which made some prisons look like the Hilton.

Too loud outside. Thin walls. Heard every movement and step outside. Running toilet all night. Mold on floor and ceiling. No curtains and too bright. Couldn't sleep. Worst room I've ever booked.

Great location for the city centre . Public transport was on the doorstep . Not too pricey for a cab back to the property

The outside could do with being cleared up . No complimentary toiletries were in the bathroom . It was quite pricy for the evening

The only thing i can say i liked was the slat looking wall paper.

Blinds are dirty, beds really uncomfortable, shower leaks, holes in the wall, no bins, had to ask for amneties that should be in the room, floors unfinished lots of cold air coming through, builders working making alot of noise waking us up each morning, and you need to take a 2 foot step to just get in the shower someone with back problems like me it makes it very difficult to wash. Overall my worst experience ever rooms definately unfinished not ready to move people in.
