The Bali residence was to crowd and the lift so full all the time. We don't get a chance to swim at residence pool cause so many people and family

Very clean. Easy to locate. Very near to town.

Lift service. Maybe can put some chairs or bench at lift area. Because guests have to wait for a long time during peak hours.

The host was friendly and responsive, the place is clean, and the location is great, not to mention the view from the apartment. It was beautiful.

One of the access doors from the carpark into the elevator was not functioning properly. It is a bit of a hassle to be carrying heavy luggage and realised you can not access it through the door and have to go around to use another.

J'ai mis 9 à cause de l'emplacement... la vue sur la mer est gâchée par les constructions et travaux. Pas de trottoirs pour sortir un peu de l'hôtel, et ça reste assez loin a pied du centre ville. Attention à vos tenues pour la piscine. Les deux pièces ne sont pas acceptées.

It would be better if the unit provide more mirrors and add one more side table at two sides of the bed. The door has no locks and door peephole.

The location is good, check-in guide is specified and clear.

Stains on towels and bed sheets. Hair on pillow covers. Finger traces and greasy forheads prints on glass and walls.. Kitchenware is too limited. Price got duplicated for taxes and cleaning charges. The outcome was dissatisfying.

The room is clean and spacious. Nice sea view. I like Tatami type, it's just simple and nice. My kid loves the swimming pools but it was too crowded due to holidays.

A little hiccup as the first time we checked in to the room that is NOT as same as we've booked on booking.com. A bit disappointed. But after clarified with the management, they managed to change the room type that we've booked earlier. So, we had gone through a little hassle on carrying luggage / load and unload from the car, returning the key to the mailbox (Block B) and getting a new key (Block A) from management office. Fortunately it was Thursday, there still have available room for us. My advice, please double confirm the room type with the management before you check in. Especially when you deal with Airbnb. The best is, send them the picture the room type you've booked.

I like the apartment decorations so minimalist but so great. The pool is so big and nice. We got the city view, so at night we can enjoy the night vibe from the window. My family of 6 also love staying at this apartment so comfy~ The host is also very friendly and nice always keep me updated when i needed. The house also gives cozy vibes tho so great!

Everything for the house is just great, except for the lift 😭 not sure if it’s bcs of public holiday but during check in we have to wait 30 minutes just to get in to the lift from our parking level, maybe bcs everyone happens to check in at the same time. During our check out, it’s almost like a nightmare waiting for the lift since 11.25am, 1 hour battling to get in the lift 🥲 the lift kept on stopping at every floor though it has reached maximum capacity, i met the same people in the lift almost 4 times every time the lifts opened 😭 couldn’t get in until at 1230pm.. i love the apartment experience but not the lift part.. maybe it’s because of public holiday.. every floor have many families stuck waiting for the lift. And the lift waiting section has no aircond so yes everyone is sweating like crazy a bit while waiting for the lift.

Large room, with a comfortable bed. The room was clean and had nice facilities, especially for the price point. Would recommend it based on this. Also the pool is lovely and is very big, nice way to cool down after a day of site seeing.

Cold showers and only one key. I got stuck when my partner went to the pool and I couldn't get to the level.

Nil mineral water, nil coffee/tea. Lift was bad during peak hours.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menarik. Pemandangan dari tempat tinggal sangat indah. Ruang yang luas untuk 6 orang, dan sangat selesa.

The surroundings are comfortable and modern. The swimming pool is excellent, very clean, and we enjoyed swimming there.

On the first day of check-in, the floor was not clean; there were many stains. Only one room had a clothes drying rack with only five hangers. The other room had two beds but lacked a rack and hangers.

We like our room facing the sea. The place is new and we like the facilities. Checking in and out is very smooth. A lot of food nearby as well.

The room especially the table, chairs and utensils were a bit greasy. And could provide 2 sets of towel since we stayed for two nights. :)
