I liked the self catering apartment offered it makes the guest feel at home

We stayed inthe dark during the loadshedding time of 2hrs Please provide the extra blanket just in case the guest needs one.

There no any toliters like soap liquid in toilet

I loved the location, the view from the apartment, secure parking. In overall I loved the place and have a booking for December 2023.

However I was so disappointed the bedding was dirty, towels smelled awful like it was dipped in rotten eggs or something, I waited two hours by the reception before checking in, the form was not submitted. I had to make several calls but still had to wait. 😔 I am thinking of cancelling my December booking 😣💔. Shower drainage poor and toilet not stable 😭😩😫

The place was perfect

It took almost an hour for me to get the key to the apartment.

HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR TO BE CHECKED IN, THERE WERE TWO STAFF MEMBERS THAT BOTH ATTENDED TO ONE GROUP. ONE OF THEM COULD HAVE HELPED US.

couldn’t watch tv because of ripped cable. router was out of data

The facility was good

I didn't like the that the TV remotes were not working and that the WiFi was not working I got a 1yr old daughter who likes to watch her programmes
