Hotel prácticamente nuevo, ubicado en zona de reciente expansión cerca del aeropuerto, desayuno variado europeo/asiático, habitación limpia y completa.

Aire acondicionado ruidoso, es fácil al ducharte mojar parte del baño. El desplazamiento al centro de la ciudad puede durar 40-60 minutos.

Relatively easy ride from the airport. Quiet safe area well away from the urban hellscape that is most of Cebu City.

On a building Site. Rooms are on the small side. nowhere to but your luggage. Food was pretty bad even by Phillipines standards. Nothing much around Mactan Newtown just coffee shops and junk food.

View is excellent and room amenities are excellent

Staffs are too busy with many guests so you may not get a personalised feelings

So ziehmlich alles! Super Preis für alles was man dort bekommt! Privater, kleiner Strand zu Fuss zu erreichen! Mega Aussicht und Ausstattung im Hotel! Alles sehr neu und modern! Kein Lärm zuhoeren! Viele Resto in der nähe inkl. Einen Supermarkt!

Auffüllung von shampoo und duschgelbehälter erfolgt erst nach Aufforderung und es wird auch nur sehr wenig aufgefüllt..

I recently stayed at this new hotel on Mactan Island and had a decent experience! The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you would expect from a midrange hotel. It's conveniently located just 20 minutes away from the airport in a , up and coming area. The rooms are clean, new, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While the staff may come across as a bit aloof at times, they were still friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on

On the other hand I asked for laundry to be done . They charge per piece but what they don’t state is that they change the same price for a tiny pair of underwear as they would for a regular piece of clothing and my bill came to $47 Australian Dollars for a very small load of laundry. Never in all my travels all over the world have I been extorted like this for a small bag of laundry and really took the whole experience down quite a few notches . For a new hotel in a not so busy area shame on them and the management for ripping off and taking advantage of their clients .

Super Lage, sehr nahe vom Flughafen und es ist voll mit Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Gym ist perfekt, die Zimmer sauber.

Der Strand und die Umgebung sind nicht für Urlaub gemacht. Nur Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Close to the airport, shops nearby. we had a cancelled flight so this location was handy to get back to the airport the next day. Away from the hustle and bustle of Cebu city. The staff were very good and helpful. Rooms had oceanview.

Could hear noise from other rooms. It takes a while to get a taxi or grab, but other than that, it is fine. Pool was a bit small but still adequate.

AC in the rooms is very strong and super noisy, had to sleep with earbuds even when set up for the lowest setting of the fan - very difficult to sleep with or without the AC. Payment wad supposed to be dobe automatically through booking app but had to deal with it at the reception which took a long time

Absolutely shocking communication,I misbooked this accommodation for 19-21 September instead of 19-21 October, i tried for 3 weeks to try and cancel or amend until October, without any response,they took my money, now I have to rebook, I'm hoping they can make amends , and give 2 nights in October which I need ,we will see how they respond

Very clean and modern. All staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and gym. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Located close to nice restaurants and cafes. Beach club available too.

Nothing to dislike

Big troublesome while check in due to booking thur Priceline.com but Priceline transferred the booking to Booking.com, then there is no record in the hotel reception. Trouble started. Another trouble is booking with breakfast through Priceline.com but after sell off the booking.com, where are the two breakfasts?? Take less than 30 minutes the hotel compromised with Free breakfast....nightmare again.....canteen kepts asking where are breakfast vouchers????

Responsibility is go to Priceline.com Then the Hotel they dont have proper management and aware all these....but it is expected in 3rd world (dont expect everyone is smart and care....)

Incompetent and rude restaurant staff. Upon check-in, we took them up on their offer of prepaid breakfast for the entire stay of 7 nights. On the very first morning, restaurant staff and front desk staff showed lack of competence when, for whatever reason, they could not verify correctly our full pre-payment of the breakfast option. We ended up paying twice and immediately asked for a refund of the prepaid breakfast plan, as we wanted to avoid any further encounters with their rude restaurant staff. Their refund process is so convoluted that it would break an average person's threshold for patience. It has been more than 30 days since we made full payment to the hotel and we are still awaiting a resolution to this conundrum. We have been relying on Booking.com reviews for many years now and I would not even recommend this hotel to my worse enemies, so think twice before booking.
