Nice apartment and kind hosts. Comfortable living room and, yes, a very big screen TV.

Unfortunately, in spite of the useful dishwasher, the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped, there is only one set of dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The living room table is very small to guaranty that everyone can watch TV from the sofa, but it cannot be used for lunch by 4 people at the same time. There are tables that can be folded when not in use. I suggest replacing the shutters in the east bedroom.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable, and the hosts super kind and helpful.

Comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Dundee, with plenty of walks nearby on the Seven Arches railway path. We used it as a base to visit family - I can't comment on the public transport as we didn't use it, but it would be a good base for someone with a car. In a nice residential estate, very quiet.

There was no kettle and no tea towels (we had to borrow one from family!). As other reviewers have mentioned, it really needs a table - there is plenty of space for a folding table and chairs in the living room. The living room floor was covered in crumbs when we arrived - a hoover fixed this, but it was quite disconcerting. Some baking dishes for use in oven and microwave would be nice.

Very clean accommodation..with plenty of space . Was great that there was toiletries and cleaning products . Nice touch with basics in fridge and cupboards. Was in a great location for what we needed.

Location is perfect for Monifieth & Broughty Ferry with the Bell Tree pub round the corner! Flat is spacious with plenty room for families. It was relatively clean and comfortable, but ideal for amount of time spent! Would stay again!

Some areas could do with updating - wallpaper peeling and mattresses aren't the best.

Nothing to do with the host, but for some reason, information sent via booking.com with the arrival details and key codes arrives some time after it has been sent. In our case, we expected the key code at 3 and it only arrived at 4. Silly really, It just adds stress. In my case, it caused a three putt!
