I liked the staff. Always happy, attentive and very professional. AI was very helpful and looked after us. When I had any issue they immediately rectified it. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and I really liked the location which was away from the hustle and bustle of white beach. I thought the hotel was good value and I enjoyed the breakfast there. I can’t find any fault tbh. I just wish I’d stayed a bit longer!

Nothing. I had a small issue with the sliding door and also the safe. this was sorted out within 5 mins and the staff are absolutely lovely.

We were happy to come back for our 2nd stay in Aira. Staff together with Miss Mir went above and beyond and accommodated all our requests and make us feel at home. After roaming around Boracay and trying different accommodation we concluded Aira is the best for our stay because of its amazing quiet location and close proximity to everything. If you’re just looking to relax and get away from hustle and bustle of Boracay this is the right place. Miss Mir took amazing care of us, giving us best service and advice on how to get around. Big Thank you to all the staff including Ai, Rose, Jess and all the lovely people I didn’t catch their name. Rooms are spacious, very clean, AC was always working and we had no issues with power what so ever. Room service was quick and coffee is tasty. I recommend everyone to come to Aira and experience the hospitality of Miss Mir and her team.

We liked everything

Glad we picked this hotel for our first night in Boracay. everything was fantastic, we only came for one night and arrived pretty late after midnight. Aira organized picked up at the Jetty port and made sure we were taken care of although it was pretty late.

Our experience at Aira was so great we decided to extend our stay and few extra days. During these days we misplaced around 20 000 pesos in our room and couldn’t find it. Miss Mir and her staff helped us turn the room upside down to find the money. Our last night was indeed magical at the rooftop enjoying Jacuzzi. Maintenance and staff team made sure we feel welcome and at home.

Everything was high standard.

Reception did not give us our key for the metal door (our room is on a more secluded area with a metal door) and was not aware that such key is needed to get to our area

This place is ideal for a family. They had large rooms with a sink, microwave and dinnerware. The staff was exceptionally friendly. It’s very clean. It’s walking distance to the beach and shopping but not in the center of it, so it’s quiet. One side of the hotel faces the beach and the other faces a pretty green courtyard of another hotel. It’s really nice. The Americanos from the cafe are the best I have found while traveling the Philippines where brewed coffee is hit or miss. The showers are also SO nice. I appreciated the water pressure and temperature.

I wish they had dinner options since they’re a bit of a walk to the main area.

I haven't tried the breakfast yet. The staff, all of them, are wonderful nice people.

Another reviewer mentioned that the street just outside the hotel could be better lit at night. I don't find it to be a problem. I wanted reliable wife internet and the hotel manager Mir delivered that for me.

Rooms are very nice and super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoy staying that we extend. Will definitely recommend the hotel.

Although the place was quite a distance from the center of Boracay, it was placed strategically for those who wants to enjoy water activities. Plus the are was very quiet at night if you want to rest while in Boracay, this is the best llace for you. Also the staff was very warm and welcoming, it felt like it was really our home 🤍

We very much enjoyed our stay here. What particularly stood out was the hygiene which was excellent. The bathroom invited, very spacious and great shower. Located just outside the hustle and bustle. The staff were very helpful and friendly whenever we asked for anything.

The whole island has sorta difficulties with internet/mobile network. But it didn’t hold us back from enjoying our staying!

Location is quiet, rooms are spacious and clean! Overall the hotel is cozy. Staff are veryyy kind and accomodating.

Clean room with comfortable bed, desk with chair for laptop. Good internet connection. Backup power generator. Beautiful view from the roof, jacuzzi and sunbeds. Unlimited drinking water from refillable bottle. Cab stand next to the hotel. 1 minute walk to Bulabog beach.

Bad Wifi even with almost no other guests. Booked room with seaside view had balcony to the inner part of the hotel with only some view to the seaside. Air condition did not work properly, room was too cold in the night. Blanket was only a thin piece of fabric without filling inside.

The place were tidy and organized! The service of all the staff has a wonderful heart.

Super friendly staff! We were welcomed with all of their awesome smiles even though it's raining heavy when we arrived. Also, It's a very affordable hotel but I think they have the amenities of a 4 or 5 star hotel in Boracay. They got everything that we needed. The room was spacious for its price.

Location was a bit far from white beach. You would need to take an e-trike. Sometimes e-trikes are not that accessible to the hotel so you need to walk for 5 minutes to catch transpo. The blanket is not that soft. I think the tv is also not a smartv so there is no netflix.

Its located quiet area. close to Island hopping reception. One elder reception is quit well educated. The bed is very soft and nice but little bit dusty

Bedroom has no enough lights. Not worth the price. No hospitalities It is just like renting apartment. One reception and another reception says different things. There are cans of beverage in a refrigerator. They charge additional if you take with little extra fee. They should not preserve in the refrigerator so guests can put their own drinks in a refrigerator. TV is too small I booked suit room only difference between other rooms is only size of room. They should also have other benefits if you are saying SUIT ROOM.
