hugh space and nice view.
2 light not functioning, Ant crawling near sink & pantry , Smelly dishwashing liquid and unpleasant smelling toilet.

The location, exceptional.
The apartment was clean.
It also provides a parking space for your car.
Best thing? it's cheap. It's very cheap.
It's worth your money, I assure you.
The price tag you see doesn't include the cleaning fee, so the price you see is not the final price tag. (Mine was charged RM 35 for cleaning fee)
Doesn't include drinkable water and toiletries.

service from foreigner not so good. maybe not enough staff to clean up. cadar, sarung bantal, selimut tak ditukar... nampak sangat dah renyok bau hapak

Good view.
It’s not very clean. The floor was sticky as too much detergent was used to mop the floor. Throughout the stay, I saw a few cockroaches coming out from under the bed and sofa.

Room has a reasonably nice view. The bed was comfortable and clean. AC worked.
Check in process was a faff. It was difficult to check in after-hours. Bathroom was falling apart, broken shower handle and soap holder. No hot water during my stay.
Pool closes at 8PM on Fridays which was the main draw card for me.

The place offers comfort and boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, gym room and etc., all of which are well-maintained and impeccably clean. Its strategic location eliminates concerns about dining options, as numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including the well-known Suukee Satay and Capitol Satay Restaurant. It's an ideal destination for unwinding and rejuvenating the mind.
Having a washing machine would enhance the experience for those staying longer. There is no water filter available for boiling water; it comes directly from the tap.

The swimming pool.
The cleanliness. The management that is taking care of the property did not supervise the cleaning work done by the cleaning contractor. The cleaning contractor are just doing a bare minimum and the condition of the house was dirty.

Property was great with a view of the sea.
Parking was on level 6 with tight tirns to go up. We had 2 parking spaces but only 1 access card so it was go out together or go out and come back up again. Sauna had to be booked 3 days in advance so our 3d/2n stay couldn’t use it. 4 elevators servicing 38 floors meant a long wait during check in and check out.

Very strategic and have a nice view for couple.
Its just, the sink were clogged so the dirt come out from the sink if i open dgan water tap.

Many young men in the pool area made using the pool very uncomfortable for a young western woman.

Everything…the good attitude and respond of staff for urgent booking at midnight, the location, the checkin and out, the parking, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities provided, the cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom and whole unit
Maybe can provide toiletries like hair shampoo or body gel will be better

Location and car park are good for value
The bed not even up to 160cm, but the mirror of the dressing area are too high for 180cm and above. No shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush and bath gel. Reply from hotel via WhatsApp, no one pick up phone, don’t expect anyone to entertain if got urgent. Extend to 1pm check out will change rm15.

No HOT water at all….very rude and unhelpful staff….2 towels is all we were give nothing else and half a roll of toilet paper which we had to search for…

The parking floor is very large, and the car must be parked according to the number given, which is a bit troublesome
