House is adorable and was perfect for our family. Host has gone above and beyond to ensure the stay is cozy and provides all the little things to make guests feel home away from home.

My only disappoint and it has NOTHING to do with the home or hosts but the disconnection between Expedia and VRBO. I booked via Expedia but then there is no connection to VRBO so I was not receiving the messages from the host. I did not know this until the day of stay and I hadn't received anything from the host regarding access to the home. The hosts were great and the house was great!!

The home is very clean and seems fairly new. It is located in a very quiet suburban neighborhood.
The pictures accurately show the furnishings. We were able to park our car in the garage and used the garage pad vs. going in the front door.
Dont have any cautions or caveats. Would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

We stayed at this location to play our games in the little league World Series. Only 15 minutes from Ford Park. Beautiful home, very clean. Host are very quick to respond. Very helpful with any information you need to know. The neighbors are friendly. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Thank you Lisa and Kyle!

Lovely home situated in a nice area near all restaurants and activities. Comfortable, extra details in every room, very clean and spacious for the two of us. Nice outdoor covered area with nice seating and tv. The host was prompt to reply and respond when the keypad malfunctioned. Highly recommend.

We have family in Lumberton and were glad to find a place within a few minutes. Everything was homey and inviting but also felt luxurious and accommodating. Will have to take advantage of the outdoor space the next time we visit!

Nice house. Well kept, clean, amenities (snacks, coffee, Wi-Fi), up to date living room and bedroom furnishings, nice kitchen and eating area. Minutes from access to shopping and restaurants.

Thank you for hosting our stay with you. The accommodation is beautiful- high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Really comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The garden patio is a great spot to sit with a book and a coffee. Having a snack basket and some breakfast items was a welcome surprise and much appreciated after flying in from the UK

We rented the house for friends coming in from out of town. They said they house was clean and nice. Check in and out was easy. I will definitely rent again!

I came across this listing looking for a place for my team of 7. We stayed on Hidden Valley and were very impressed with the style of the home, the amazing outdoor patio and the cleanliness. Kyle was very accommodating and prompt when messaging. Check in was seamless and the host even brought us extra propane for the fire outside.
I would definitely recommend this property.

This house was exactly what we needed. We were a group of 5, one being a child, two being older people.
The house was super clean & very comfortable. The check in process was simple and easy.
The host, Kyle, was very communicative and quick to respond.
The beds were comfy, there were all of the basic amenities provided.
The little backyard area w the fire pit thing was definitely a favorite hangout spot for us, along w the dining table.
The location of the home was convenient and close to grocery stores/restaurants. There are a lot of things to do in a 15 minute radius of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet as well.
If you walk out the back door and hear pig sounds… say hi to the cutest puppy next door! He or she is so precious.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again if we’re ever back in Beaumont. ☺️

The house is decorated beautifully. House is very clean. I felt like it was just a warm inviting cottage. Adorable patio, great for a hangout. I love that I could park in a garage. Owners are great with keeping in touch with you. They provide an adorable coffee bar and even some snacks. I love that there was plenty of cleaning supplies and laundry detergent since I stayed over a week it definitely made my life easier. Master bedroom has a fantastic walk-in closet with plenty of hangers for your clothes. I can’t wait to stay here again!
