Home like comfort

All the receptionists were friendly and the room size was comfortable. Room cleaning service posted in bathroom says every other day but upon check in, receptionist said every third day. We stayed for a week and they cleaned it once. We had to ask for service on the 4th day and for toilet paper/towels at receptionist desk. Free breakfast was the same every day and just ok. We end up going out to eat instead. Parking was always available. However, going in and out the hotel was not convenient. It’s a busy street near the highway and you can only turn right leaving the hotel. Thus, when returning to the hotel we had to u-turn every time.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. They charge you $20 for parking per night. Never understood why. It’s a normal parking that goes around the property, not a parking with roof, no security guards. The second night they didn’t have enough parking spots for the people that were staying there so, few people end up parking in front of the entrance. Other than that I don’t have any other complaints. Jessica at front desk was super nice the entire time.

We love this property! It's clean with a kitchen area, free breakfast and coffee! The location is convenient and close to the Highway. The only take away was on our first night there was no parking at all and we had to park literally by the front door to not risk parking somewhere else and getting towed. The staff was very accommodating and handled the situation well. Everyone is friendly and we would definitely stay again!

Shower floor very dirty. Towels were not replaced after first night. No cleaning service done. Carpet in room not clean. The bathroom faucet was plugged. Water was slow to drain. Parking is too expensive. Why does hotel guest have to pay 20 dollars per night. Guests should have free parking

Great hotel, questionable location

Excellent, friendly staff very welcoming to dogs my dog is not friendly at all and here he lets everybody pet him. We feel like home minus the stress. Great place to stay highly recommended.

I greatly appreciated the convenience of bus usage around the area. $2 fare per person one way, not bad. There were grubhub delivery options sponsored by hilton which made them more affordable as well. I loved the convenience of their market in the lobby with 24/7 hot chocolate, coffe, and apples. We enjoyed using our kitchenette and the grill by the pool. The hotel was very gracious in allowing us to use their grilling tongs. They were very attentive even with our using do not disturb. Was able to get soap when requested and the other visitors were very nice as well. Breakfast had great variety. Staff knew the area very well. I love choosing Hilton!

Very professional service.

Away for a tournament weekend. Easy check in, easy access to pool, gym, game room. Overall great stay. Room was clean, breakfast was ehh but not horrible.

I see hairs at many corners and towels are dirty Hot water for shower is not hot, just warm First night with noisy dog barking Second night loud music Kids ran around at night as well as noisy upstairs No shampoo refill due to out of stock I was told room service will happen every 2 days but it is actually not until I requested on my forth Night Toaster and coffee maker were down for 2 different mornings during breakfast hour BUT you cannot beat the price of this hotel

Jon at the front desk was absolutely amazing. However, they were shortstaffed. He was like a Swiss Army knife. He was handling it all. He did a darn good job.

New property so everything still looks fresh. Appliances in the room and plates with glassware all come in handy.

Our stay at this hotel started off good, but we experienced multiple issues during our stay. After the first night, we requested firmer pillows or additional pillows since the ones in the room were very flat and it made it hard to sleep. The pillows were requested twice and they never came. Our third day, I requested housekeeping to come clean our room, but they never came. Our trash cans were overflowing & we were out of toilet paper. I had to go down to the lobby and ask for more clean towels, and I received an apology, but that’s all. The day of check out, housekeeping visited our room 3x to check if we had left yet. Where were they when we had requested them before?! I have never had a bad experience with Home2 Suites until now. Lastly, the air conditioning controls in our room did not work at all.

I travel to Garden Grove/Orange County several times a year and found this hotel via Expedia. Overall, I'm really impressed with the rooms, customer service and morning breakfast that is offered. The assistant manager was nice and very friendly when I interacted with him. I'll definitely stay again at this hotel in the future when I travel to Orange County.

Jon at the front desk had amazing customer service. Always made sure we had everything we needed and always asked if we needed anything every time we saw him.

The hotel is very new. We like the modern design. Our double queen studio (with sofa) was huge. The bathroom is a bit tight, but there is a kitchenette and lots of counter space. Breakfast is your typical continental breakfast — breakfast sandwiches, waffle machine, oatmeal, toast/bagel. We used the gym everyday. Nice equipment. The employees are wonderful and incredible friendly and helpful.

Room was cleaned and the staffs were wonderful. Wished breakfast was just as great. There was breakfast sandwiches that were microwave and served in food warmers. Who knows how long it's been sitting there?? Mine was cold once open and hard. It could have been better for the money paid!

Great stay! Front desk staff was so incredibly friendly with every encounter! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was far superior to most “free” breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay was comfortable and staff was nice. The only issue was us not being able to watch TV as the connection was horrible. But other than that all was great.
