The property refused to give directions & rooms which I had already paid for.Even the directions via goggle maps on your site is wrong. When contacted through your interactive service, the receptionist says that they don't accept card payment. On telling him that i have already paid in full, & booked 2 rooms he says you can get refund & rudely cuts the call. A very harrowing & unpleasant experience. The same was also . The same was conveyed to your guest experience team via ticket ID 1367475577 on 30 Jan. Further I have also recorded the entire conversation between your rep, oyo booking & self. You are requested to refund the money paid. Also see that such Hotel's are really what they claim to be.
