I didn’t stay here and they charged me anyway.

I had to leave the property, it has a horrible odor, there was trash in my room, the toilet was not cleaned. It smell as if they have a dead body in the floor or something in bad condition for many days. The only good thing was the guy at the reception who accept to refund me most of my money

Clean but spartan accommodations. One towel and 2 wash cloths. Toilet seat barely attached. Linens (sheet and flimsy blanket) for king bed were queen sized and unable to be tucked in. Light bulbs missing. Hole in wall covered up by chicken joint sticker. Because a room is cheap shouldn’t mean it can’t be maintained.

My room was wet, the sheets and the towels were dirty.

You get what you pay for.

One I arrived at the property I knew it was a terrible idea booking this property they are broken down vehicles in the parking lot , windows boarded up at the property , people hanging around outside , the outside was enough to cancel the stay didn’t feel safe . Very disappointed in the condition of a long time favorite Red roof .

This place is old, dirty, and run down. Do not recommend.

The room itself was fine. Fairly recently remodeled, and the mattress was excellent. But the hotel grounds and common area were not very well-maintained. The hotel also seem to be full of Transient type people, Many of whom were smoking marijuana. There are many people who possibly would not feel safe in this environment.

It was ok. The walls aren't soundproof so I could here voices from the hallway. The bathroom was mostly clean except for mildew on the tub.

The front entrance was access to use . Myself n my husband had to use the side door entrance to gain lobby entrance . The room tub water didn’t go down so myself couldn’t shower after my husband (( had go to in-laws house to freshen up ))) .. there was shower gel in the or shampoo in the bathroom . The room air smelled like a damp sour mop . Moist in the air . Then police showed up for another guest saying she was kidnapped . The shelter have Red Cross guest living there . Overall I want a quick stay but I see u get what you pay for ! So my first n last at a red roof inn !!

Read the reviews and believe what you read. Immediately booked a different hotel and left. This was no where the experience the photos conveyed.

Lobby under construction, Odor of drug use in stair way. Noisy. Load guests. loud refrigerator. Near Airport so jet noise. Train noise, highway noise. Filthy bathroom. shoe stuck to floor.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, dirty shower, a single towel in the bathroom, bright light in the parking lot that leaked around the curtains, people making noise in the hallway all night, air conditioning not operating at all, clumps of hair on the floor of the room, zero security so anyone could enter the hallway from outside at any time, and no one was at the front desk for 10 minutes after I arrived.

There was so much going on, a truck had run into the structure, roto rooter was there and there were appliances being delivered that blocked the entrance/exit. The surrounding neighborhood was also very unsafe feeling. I usually like the chain of red roof inn but will not stay at this one again.

Someone opened our door in the middle of the night. When we called the front desk they told us the system did not recognize our room. If we didnt have the deadbolt on the door who knows what could've happened.

Bright light outside the room shining in all night. Better curtain or shades could help with this. No shower curtain. Smelled awful throughout the facility, mostly like smoke and and spray to try and cover smoke.

Room dirty, they give a room that was a person, first room with no pillows! They change me the room 3 times.

There had been damage to the roof over entrance so customers were rerouted to a side door. direction signs to office clearly visible. Desk clerk was very helpful. Bathroom had no vanity space. Bolt lock on door didn't work well. But room was clean and comfortable.

The Expedia didn’t sent the reservation. End up we didn’t get the room.

Front of building was damaged and dilapidated. Needed to be roped off, no signage indicating alternative way to enter building. Very messy, hallways, doors, windows all unclean. Did NOT allow more than two people to a room, no guests were allowed to visit, staff extremely rude and inconsiderate. Left early

Beds sheet was dirty, bathroom was dirty. The hallway smelled unpleasant.

I enjoyed being that close to the airport, but the surrounding area jumps between run-down and freshly built. Noted paint drips and dirt in stairwells.

The gentleman at the desk was polite and responsive with fresh towels and a remote but... had to request a remote, original towels were stained and dirty, room floor felt sticky, beds were poorly made causing my mother to question if they had been changed, shower drain was not secured and filled with hair, bathroom door was illfitting and difficult, hallway smelled of strong deoderent over musty. The area was noisy from nearby traffic.
