location great as I was working in Te Rapa, Unit was modern and the bed extremely comfortable.

TV kept losing signal.

I love the quiet area. I hardly heard the hosts at home. I was able to park my car on site, which was good for me. Very clean place. Only small thing was no fan. It got a bit hot at night but no stress. I would stay here again. Lovely neighbourhood, felt safe. I hope i have left in good order. Appreciate the choices of tea. I really loved this. I was lucki to get it as I was going to book in the city at the VR, but I left it foe a couple of weeks, then I jumped back online and this cute unit came up. So I didn't hesitate to grab it. It also has a very homely feeling and welcoming. Thank you Jeff and Anita.

That it got hot at night, a fan may have been nice, but not a huge issue. Everything else was fantastic.
