there was nothing that wasn’t perfect about this hotel. The staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. everything was exceptionally clean

The water wasn’t hot for showers and the water didn’t get hot for the jacuzzi I feel like I wasted money on the jacuzzi room

Property needs to revisit hot water needs are met and add soundproof bedroom door. We could hear all cleaning coming from outside.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The natural feel with the plants throughout was a nice touch. It was a nice place to recharge halfway through my travels across Colombia. Staff were friendly. Bed was the comfiest I’ve had on my trip. I actually didn’t want to leave because the bed was so nice. Jacuzzi tub was good but I wish the water was a little hotter but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

The decor with the plants was very beautifully done and was welcoming and peaceful.

The property itself is very food and clean. However you can hear street traffic and sometimes they have private parties that can be noisy. Other than that place is modern and clean. Great service breakfast was also good.

The Facility is family owned and operated. The owner James was there to offer his services to whatever the guests needed. Paula, Sophia, and Laura was super nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would revisit when I am traveling to the area.

The rooms was nice and clean, when coming to the service this was not okay, I had a room booked with Jacuzzi, when I want to use it I need to Call the FO to switch this one, everyone knows when you're using the Jacuzzi and when you're done using it. I made a tour reservation with the Hotel and when the day arrive I was done and prepare for my Tour when Coming to the FO they said that the Reservation was not made, my whole schedule was messed up. The food at the hotel can be better the variety in the breakfast option is a Min. Can be better, the lunch menu at first the meet was hard after that I choose the Chicken and it was like ok. From the location of the hotel it's very easy to take the taci to poblado.

This property is brand new, their location was perfect for me since I was going around between poblado and sabaneta. Their staff is very friendly and accomodating. They do have netflix and a very good a/c. I loved this property and I will surelly return and highly recommend them.

The personel of the hotel was very helpfull and friendly. The owner was asking at all times if we need something, so he's on top of his bussines. I definitely recomend this hotel.

I didn't like there were no amenities, and no face wash towels. I did like that they provide a Continental breakfast, laundry and food delivery options.

El hotel es bonito y su dueño es un amor lo unico que no me gusto es que me cobraron 76,000 cp por una toalla que se mancho con mi pelo y que para entrar o salir del hotel hay que tocar un timbre y esperar te abran.
