The decor was inviting and the rooms were clean. The location was lively and walkable. The water pressure was too intense. Some of the lights in the room weren't working and we were missing a tv remote. They corrected the remote situation quickly. Our room was a long walk from the elevators. We were surprised about the layout of the hotel with the room locations.

Did not care for valet parking being the only option. I will take into account the fact that I was charged daily to park and the only option was to valet.

Great food, amazing view and location. A bit disappointed that we couldnt get a 1 hour comp. late check after a week stay as I only asked because My wife had a bad headache & although we do understand the policies, we know an exception could've been made as my wife works in the industry and has for many years!

I like the out door common area. And the beautiful pool. And the balcony.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and both times were great! Clean, convenient location and close to shopping and dining.

We spent our family vacation here last week and loved every minute of it. The rooms were spacious, the entire facility was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly though they did seem a little understaffed at times. The breakfast buffet was great with a very large variety for everyone. We enjoyed the 5:00 pm happy hour as well as the pool and pool bar. This property is perfectly located directly across from the beach and right next to Pier Park. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. If you don’t like the beach, the pool was worth every minute. It is only 3’ deep but the kids had a blast on the slide and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Overall we had a great time and would go back to this property. Don’t forget to enjoy Vue55 on the 5th floor at night. It has an amazing view!

We had an excellent stay while visiting some family

At check in I was surprised with an extra $400 in fees. The lady was nice enough to reduce it to $250 since there wasn't that much left on my card. I used a 2nd card to pay those surprise fees that they said was my fault for booking through a 3rd party like hotels.com and they tried to also charge me for the room on that card. That used all of my funds on debit cards and crippled my vacation. They just said sorry you should travel with more money and i should wait 10 business days for my accounts to reflect the correct charges. My air conditioning quit working and had to be fixed so we had to stay gone because it was too hot to be in the room. I will never stay with this hotel again.

It had been a while since we had visited PCB and were excited to stay at the Embassy Suites; it was new, close to everything and it's a Hilton property. The resort amenities were nice and the complimentary breakfast (omelet station) was a great way to start the day. The only drawback was the wait time on food orders from the pool bar, there was only 1 cook on staff during a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was amazing! Property was excellent as a whole. However,I did NOT like mandatory valet parking and closing the pool at sunset is abnormal.

This has been by far the best hotel my partner and I have stayed in. We were shocked when the hotel looked identical to the pretty pictures we saw online. Our room was incredible and the window to the ocean spanned the entire wall! Having the bed face the window was also a great touch. Breakfast was amazing, as well as poolside service (try their twisted Caesar. Life changing). Complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon was a plus! Gave us a chance to try new drinks we wouldn’t have gone out of the way of trying. Front desk could use a little more training in customer service, but we did appreciate being able to check in early as our flight got in much sooner than check in time. Overall, the best choice we have made in hotels. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I were to visit PCB again! It’s extremely close to pier park and the beach!

I was very dissatisfied with this property. They put me in a double queen looking at a parking lot instead of the king with an ocean view. They told me they would change my room in 2 days when something came available yer even after contacting them again no changes happened. They did mot make good on initial reservation nor the resolution they had come up with. They was a lot of noises overhead which i told them about. We didn't het much rest or sleep

Everything was great except the pool side bar. Got our drinks wrong multiple time and still charged us…. But the bar inside was great and friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

I would like someone to get back to me about the parking options, when i booked it sis not mention the parking would be 25 sollars a day nor the daily fee which added up to be an addition 250 for the week. I would like some kind of compensation

Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort was deeply disappointing, especially considering the amount we spent for a 3-night stay. We were expecting a premium experience but were met with a series of frustrating issues that overshadowed our vacation. First, the hotel layout is incredibly inconvenient, with only two sets of elevators serving the entire building. This design forces you to walk long distances just to get in and out, which was particularly frustrating with luggage or beach gear. To make matters worse, the smell of weed was pervasive throughout the hotel. We encountered it in the elevators, hallways, and even our room. One night, we saw a bar employee who clearly reeked of weed after coming in from outside, only to see him later serving drinks at the bar—a real shock to see such unprofessional behavior. We reserved a room with a beach view, but when we questioned the disappointing view with the front desk, we were told that we could see the beach "if you were able to stick your head out the window and look." This response was dismissive and not what we expected after paying a premium for a so-called “beach view.” The advertised complimentary drinks during happy hour were another letdown. After waiting in a long, hot line outside, the drinks we received were undrinkable.The complimentary breakfast was just as bad. We stood in line for a considerable amount of time, only to find that most of the food was gone by the time we reached the front.

Excellent property. Can’t wait to return

This is a very new hotel so the facilities and furnishings are in good shape, and the decor is lovely. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach. The daily breakfast is the best we have experienced for a "free" breakfast. They also have a host cocktail hour- get in line early for your free drinks! Beds were very comfortable but the sofa bed was predictably less than ideal for an adult. Excellent customer service from all the staff we encountered. Be prepared to pay a nightly fee to keep your vehicle in the property and it's valet-only.

Clean, close to everything.

After our prepaid reservation at another property was overbooked and we were turned away with nowhere to stay... Holiday inn Resort was the only place at last minute w/ availability on the beach... this was a special trip as we were celebrating a 50th birthday and 23rd wedding anniversary! We had originally booked a nice 2 bedroom suite elsewhere, as we brought our child and a good friend come along so we could have some alone time to celebrate as a couple as well as a family. Not fault to holiday inn all they had available was a standard room with 2 queen beds. The staff went above and beyond to try and make this special for us, complementary drink vouchers and beach chair and umbrella vouchers were given. Great service, rooms are alittle older but well maintained. We would stay again!
