I'm going to inform you that the night front desk clerk had gave me towels for the next morning and he asked who's name the room was under I stated me he said no it's not the name on the room 222 and I then walked away went to my room and later I went out to smoke a cig and he deactivated my room key and was persistent the room was not our room so I believe it was discrimination and we had a horrible night. Business trip and not cheap .

Dog was barking all night long. Told the front desk twice and they didn’t do anything. Phone in my room broke. Toilet ran all the time. Hallways smelled horribly like smoke. Only positive thing was the bed was comfy.

It is an older hotel that has been renovated. Nice flooring and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room. No coffee pot, but you could ask for one at the front desk. The breakfast was very good, my grandkids liked all the choices.

Not sure when the floors in our room were last cleaned. Tub was dirty and cracked. Sheets were threadbare and had holes. Not a single cup was left in room and had to ask for them at front desk. Same with coffee maker. Breakfast was very limited and disgusting. Several guests (who may be living there) were allowed to sit by door smoking, eying other guests making us feel uncomfortable. Stay away

Stay was good, I felt like I was being stalked cause no one was in the room next to me, although when I was talking on the phone or watching a movie all of the sudden someone was in the room next to me... was jus a bit weird. No secure WiFi

Everything was going smoothly until 6:00am in the morning a large dog was barking non-stop in a room across from us. It was pretty bad, we called about it after the phone rung at the desk for 10 minutes with a few calls.

Other than the constant police visits, the drug addict passing out over breakfast and the staff refusing to bring the missing bath towels to the room it was a wonderful stay.

This property has obviously had problems with theft, as most in-room amenities said “available from front desk”. Exterior door card scanner was broken, so people could just come and go through the side door with no security. Smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallway. Our room was clean enough and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Rented 2 rooms. Both rooms were infested with tiny bugs crawling around on the floor all over the room. Also, I stepped on 2 cockroach-ike bugs. Staff were pleasant.

Room itself was pretty clean, the toilet flush came out of place once and wasn't flushing but I got it to work. It just looked like it needed replaced and the bathroom door wouldn't close easy, there was kind of a trick to having it close. Otherwise comfortable and convenient.

Found what appeared to be A bedbug. No refrigerator in room or no cups. The area is off the beaten path and seemed a little unsafe. The staff was kind and helpful however, Would not go back.

The breakfast did not accommodate persons with dietary restrictions. There was no sugar free options for persons with diabetes. The exercise room did not have towels or water. Neither did the pool. We repeatedly had to get our room keys reactivated.

There was no one there when I arrived to check in. I was woken up several times through the night with people yelling just outside my door and car alarms going off.

They stole game control for my ps5 , room had cockroaches, breakfast was awful, mold came out of orange juice dispenser, have permanent guest there loud , wouldn’t recommend

I got a call on my birthday that they canceled my room and resold it, I spent the night in my rental car because I lost my cc/ debit earlier and canceled it, I told them I wouldn’t be there till 1130-12 am, called twice, told no problem, 11ish I get an unknown number, sorry we sold your room, called immediately and they were so rude, told I would get a refund, as of this writing, 9 days later no refund, Worst experience in my 30 years of traveling

Rooms outdated, they are refurbishing but everything is a mess inside and out. What was updated on the rooms was a poor job and rooms stink. Questionable people roaming around.

The floors in our hotel room were filthy. Bathroom was gross. Looked like tables, window's, walls or anything in our room hadnt been cleaned. Smelled terrible and I was very uncomfortable staying there with my daughter. Maybe a good place for a man traveling, but definitely not a mother and daughter.

The property has been recently renovated but new paint does not cover the musty smell of years of smoking. The breakfast was subpar. The worst part was that the website said cribs were available upon request, but when I requested a crib for my child they had no idea what i was talking about. They suggested i put my baby on the couch... so she slept with me and my husband slept on the pull out couch, but they would not provide sheets or blankets for it so he used a picnic blanket from my trunk. Do not book if you are beeding a crib to be provided.

The place was clean, quiet, pet friendly. Great breakfast. Close to great wolf lodge, the legend mall and of course, Dave's BBQ.
It's a gateway gem at an affordable price.

In a word: Adequate. Nothing more. Staff is not particularly friendly. Rooms are dated and not very clean. Amenities are few. Hallways are quite noisy. And the breakfast is subpar. It’s about what I expected for the money. Comfort Inn, for the most part, is the same wherever you go. You get what you pay for. The prices are cheap, and they under-deliver every time. If you’re expecting more, you’re probably being unrealistic. Choice Hotels is not a motel chain that takes much pride in ownership.

This hotel really needs to be redone. We were in the second floor and it was so soft, probably water damage, that it felt like it was going to fall through. The room was not cleaned and smelled like pee. There was poop or blood on the back of the bathroom door. Started reading the reviews and saw that roaches were a big problem as well. Could be a nice place for those travelers who are looking for a place for the night but definitely needs to help. Not the place I wanted to stop with my family

Room 117 was BAD! There was water seeping up through the flooring so floor was constantly wet. No resolution other than put down towels. Saw a cockroach. Bedding had stains. Hair stains in shower. Mold on toilet. Common area dirty - trash & diapers left in hallway. Poor breakfast fair. No nearby restaurants and Wendy’s was closed for dining.

Was extremely upset I had to pay a $150 deposit upon arrival. The room didn’t even cost that much. No ice buckets. The entire motel smells funny. Staff was ok. I supposed doing the best they can with what they have to work with. I will NEVER return to this place.

Pool was nasty. Smoke detector was tapped an off. Soap bar in shower was used. Toilet didn’t work. Claimed they fixed it but still didn’t work. Was told nothing they could do hotel was sold out. Had to used to Loby bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible eggs cold biscuits rock hard.
