This was our first time staying in Mid Mod, we have stayed in Zen, Lofn, and Market View multiple times in this complex over the years and have always had a great experience! We loved the layout of Mid Mod and will definitely stay again. The property is always very clean, in a great location, and we always enjoy the snacks they have available. I met Linda, who helps oversee the property and she was very friendly and offered to get us anything we needed. We stayed this weekend to visit our son for his birthday and had a great time!

This property is located in a great location downtown right on Market Square. Parking garages were close and it was easy to unload right out front before parking. The building was secure and was easy to access. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a football game weekend in Knoxville. It was the perfect spot for us to stay, located about a 30 minutes walk from the stadium and near to food, stores, and activities. The unit had all we needed and then some. We enjoyed both AM coffee and hot tea thanks to there being both a coffeemaker and electric kettle. The bathroom was stocked with more than enough linens, complimentary shower items, and most importantly it was very clean. The bedroom met our needs with a side table on either side of the bed and several outlets around the room for our devices to charge, as well as built into the lamps on both side tables. We appreciated having access to the Roku on the television so we could watch all of our streaming subscriptions. We were also able to enjoy listening to records on the supplied record player—a very nice feature. The snacks provided by the host were a really nice touch and came in clutch after a late night at Neyland. The unit is steps away from Market Square which had a farmers market on Saturday morning and was full of places to eat before the game. We loved being able to grab lunch, and then a quick nap before heading over to the campus. Parking on Friday night before a Saturday home game was easy—the Langley lot was free for the weekend with us arriving when we did. The unit was mostly quiet, even with the location. Trash collection early both mornings was noisy but we would still return to this unit again! Thanks!

I stayed here for about a month while I was in town for work and I absolutely cannot recommend this property. Vrbo doesn't allow guests to post pictures with our reviews, but I have them to back up my claims. There are two genuine problems with this property: safety and cleanliness. The property listing amenities include smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors; where this apartment is part of a commercial property, it does have a fire alarm system but the detectors within the apartment were disconnected upon my arrival. I found them in the back of a drawer in the kitchen. In terms of cleanliness, the owner is doing the bare minimum. There was trash in the corners and closets, dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the futons had food crumbs from previous guests. The entire place needs to be vacuumed as there is dust and grime in the grooves between the floorboards--it appears that the owner only uses a Swiffer to sweep. There was a single bottle of vinegar based cleaner in the apartment for whatever cleaning I wanted to do myself. Worst of all, there is black mold and mildew inside the washing machine. Think about that when you put your face on those "fresh" bed sheets or grab a towel stepping out of the shower. If you use the dryer, be sure to empty the lint trap. The first time I went to use the dryer, it looked like it had never been emptied. Textbook fire hazard...pairs really well with the unplugged smoke detectors. 1500 character limit, wish I could go on... SO BAD

Was in town for a conference at the Convention Center. Perfect morning walk and super easy to find places to eat and fun. Wayyyyyy better than the over priced hotels of downtown.

My husband and I, along with one other family member came to visit our daughter that goes to UTK! We are from New Orleans. Great little apartment, perfect location and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again! GEAUX Vols 🧡

can't beat the location (was in town for Big Ears), the property was clean and described accurately. Bring a white noise generator to block out some city sounds, though - garbage collection is nearby (they seemed to collect very early some days) and some late night visitors to the Dolly mural can create some extra noise.

We loved our stay at this property! We were able to easily access Market Square, downtown Knoxville, and walk to our favorite spots in the Old City. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! My kids loved the Dutch shuffleboard game and the basket of snacks. The downtown crowds and traffic were loud Saturday night, but nothing some white noise or ear plugs can't help. There was some confusion over which unit in the building this listing was for, but it was resolved by the owner. We also had some issues with the door code to access the apartment at checkin, but the owner was constantly in contact until we got in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this building again when I'm in Knoxville!
