I travel every 2 months to Medellin. This hotel was great centrally located to everything nightlife. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Night security was great always looking out for our safety. Breakfast and roof top bar was good quality and great views. Room was clean and comfortable with every creature comfort one can ask for in a hotel. No complaints and will definitely stay here again.

New hotel. Great rooftop and rooms. Showers superb as was jacuzzi. Very helpful staff. It’s very central behind Parque Lleas so it’s quite lively but also very safe and secure.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the heart of Zona Poblado. It’s well-maintained and very commodious. Except for some street noise, which can be quite loud on the weekends, mainly at night (haha), it’s reasonably quiet. Staff are super helpful. My only complaint is, lack of blankets. There was ONE covering sheet on a king size bed. I realize it’s Medellin and tropical, but the night air can still carry a chill, especially at the high altitude at which the city is situated. We requested an extra blanket late at night, and it was promptly delivered:) I would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Selis. Staff were very helpful, kind & polite. The check-in process was probably the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Room was spacious, clean & very comfortable. Keep in mind you are in a nightlife area so it will be noisy at night especially Thursday-Sunday but it’s quiet after 4am. Windows are sound proof hardly heard anything during the day & this is a street where cars pass frequently. Lots of food options & local gifts shops in the area. Will be staying at Hotel Selis my next visit.

Great new hotel, nice design, friendly staff, we love the breakfast. The hotel has a roof terrace with two jacuzzis and a bar. The room was very clean. A really nice stay.

Great brand new hotel. The staff is nice, the breakfast is excellent. Room cleaning was perfect. There is a roof terrace with 2 jacuzzis and a bar which is not always manned. Overall we had an excellent stay and would be happy to come back.

It is in El Poblado, but not so nice street. There is music around and it is very loud. On thr 7th floor and will listen music from partying.
No room to put your clothes, not very convenient.

The interior design was very pleasing. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful & made to order. The rooms comfortable. Unfortunately the only drawback was the Club next door. The thumping from the music could be felt all the way up to our 7th floor. This went on until 3:30 am.

All great except that i tried getting my clothes clean and i think there was a confusion and it didn’t happen. But not a big deal in the end, am all good.

There was poor communication between Hotels.com and the hotel. As a result I was charged when I arrived even though I paid upfront. The hotel did rectify it though.
The hotel is beautiful! Excellent breakfast. The room was very small, especially for two people. The shower was fantastic but the bathroom itself was very small. There really wasn’t a closet to hang things. The little rod available was too small and shirts alone couldn’t hang properly. I’d stay here again if the room was larger and it had a decent place to hang clothes.

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Selis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all of my questions and requests. The hotel is in a prime location near Parque Lleras and Provenza. It is also a 10-minute walk to the Metro as well. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back.
