Location is Excellent.

Old dirty furniture , not smelling good, many electrical things are not working! The flat itself is good but WITHOUT GOOD MAINTENANCE.

Cold pool.

Were told unable to keep entering pool due to no access card availability after checkout. Security informed us and host didn’t bother being friendly about it. Beach extremely dirty. No hot water in the flat. No shampoo or shower gel. No tissue paper in the apartment. No garbage bin in the flat. Floor is dusty.

Great communication by Ms. Lola. Every thing was smooth from check in to check out.

After my initial stay I extended and it was smooth handover.

only good thing it was located in palm jumera

it was holiday rental apartment which was not mentioned during the time of booking which is not fair no services from property. i got problem with hot water, Wifi and washing machine it was fixed in two days as i contacted apartment owner and she sent maintenance guy even it was not fixed. no housekeeping we have to pay by ourselves which is time waisting. no grocery shop near property. location faraway from main points of Dubai
