Not sure if it was unsafe around the area, but there was graffiti and I opted to pay the 12 euros to park in the garage. It was not terribly convenient to the city center unless you used the bus and that stop was close.

I am staying in Heidelberg for one month for a Masters seminar. I rented two nights there and was planning to stay longer there. The first night I stayed there, they gave me the wrong room I booked, and instead gave me a bigger room. The door was open and it was easy for me to enter wrong room. HIGHLY UNSAFE FOR HOTEL guests, since anyone can go inside any room. When they noticed, they instead of giving me my correct room, they said I can stay in the bigger room, with the rule of giving them an excellent review, since they were lazy to clean the room again. There was a sign that we needed to leave the plates clean, but there was no message of a fine in case we didn’t leave the plates clean. The second night, we had Prosecco with fresh berries and didn’t clean the glasses. In other hotels, I am willing to pay a cleaning fee if needed. They sent me a message by WhatsApp saying to not come back to their hotel anymore. Luckily I was able to book another hotel in the city in the last minute. Very sad and very unprofessional.

The receptionist was really welcoming and everything was really great.

Very convenient. Ten minutes from the train station via light rail. Kitchen well-equipped. Apartment was modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Friendly staff.

This property is amazing! It’s super clean, well furnished, nice area and safe. Very convenient since the tram stop right there. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting the historical city of Heidelberg.

Everything was very clean, good equipment, great bathroom. Good location to get the bus or tram.

Nice clean property. Everything was ok on day 1 but day on day 2 no hot water, tv not working, bedside lamps not working and half sockets not working. Spoke to manager 11.30pm and he said will come 7.30am to fix it but never turned up. Although hotwater was up and running. After i checked out we had a whatsapp conversation and he said everything is working now but instead of compensating for the inconvenience he said there was nothing wrong. I wont book again

New clean hotel with fridge and sink. A few kilometres from Old town but bus and tram just outside. Fairly easy to find parking in the street.

It was very nice ! In case I will stay in Strasbourg again, I want to stay the hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were large and clean. I was surprise to have a little balcony that I could sit on.

It was a nice place, clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was parking, but considering the lack of space in Heidelberg and its surrounding it is not a set back.

Stayed for 2 nites. First night was not so good as my room was facing the street. Even with the double glass window and shuttle down, the noise of the traffic and tram is still obvious to me. I upgraded to another room the second day and it’s facing the back with balcony which was great. Cleanliness of the room is top notch. Coffee machine and kettle is available. Comes with a small kitchenette with crockery and utensils. Nearby has cafe and backery. Walking distance to the thoraxclinic as well. In house parking is available but advance booking is required. A fee of less than 20 euro is required. Street parking nearby is free. The reception staff are very helpful as well.

All was clean and modern

Matt was a great help with checking in and navigating the area. The place was gorgeous and the accommodations very comfortable.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and quiet. The bed comfortable. What more do you need? Oh yes the room was not reasonably priced. The little kitchenette was an added bonus but a microwave would have been nice. My husband loved the shower. The hotel was about 10 to 15 minute bus ride from Old Town, great if you want to avoid the cacophony of that tourist area when trying to sleep. All in all we were pleased with our accommodation and would stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The windows have eclectic shutters which was nice to keep the room dark for great rest and sleep. We love the fact that the room had AC. That was a huge plus since the weather was quite warm and humid.

Location is great as it is right across from the tram stop. Check in was easy. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Cleaning staff were friendly. The only thing missing was a guest information/instruction book on how to use the electric smart pad for ac, but we were able to figure it out. The people in the community are friendly and willing to help with directions and suggestions on shopping places. We had mountain view from the skylights. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nice and modern

Good check in process, friendly staff, very helpful. We checked in a little late so a staff member stayed back to check in. The room was in great condition no issues but the air conditioner did not work. No one at the front desk and no one answered the WhatsApp messages and phone calls all night. The room was a sauna. Someone called from the hotel and promised that they will take care of things and discount next time I stay at the boarding hotel...provided I give good reviews.

Excellent stay and extremely clean

Friendly and helpful front desk. Extremely new establishment local next to a busy street. Making sure you notify the hotel if you drive a car . There is very limited and tight spots within the property unless you want to park your car on the narrow street. Overall very good experience with this property.
