Excellent location for those planning to do a walking tour of the historic sites. Price is very affordable but don’t expect much. Room is clean, basic but lacks table, chair and closet to hang your clothes.

Please do not stay here. The photos they show are not the same hotel. They said they only put those pictures to attract clients. It is disgusting, black mould everywhere. We weren’t able to stay and had to find a different hotel. They didn’t give a refund and said we had to stay.

There is nobody to help you with the luggage up to a 3rd floor and then when we got there the room was full of mold, we were unable to breath when asked to be moved to a different room we were told that there was not another room available and the guy at the reception tried to send us to another hotel outside the safe area (2 women by themselves). We ended up not staying and just loosing our money

Excellent location in the Colonial Zone. Friendly staff and we got a great nights sleep. Only negative was the shower did not work Nonetheless we enjoyed it.

I reserved for 6 days, We left on the third night. Air was not working, roaches everywhere. Power out more often. Staff was not helpful.

The only thing that I didn’t like from this hotel is that when the lights went off there was no plant to keep them from going off. That lead to my room being hot as an oven I was baking like a rotteseri chicken in there. Other than that the staff is very friendly and generous.

This hotel is old and poorly built. No noise attenuation between rooms at all. Great location.

Staff speaks very little to no English (not a big issue, but shouldn't be advertised). Some staff very nice, some not very interested in their job. Breakfast was VERY slow to get, and always the same for the 4 days staying there (toast with ham and a fried egg; a piece of fruit). Bathroom with missing tiles on the walls, VERY modest furniture (would be good to have a chair or a small table...). EXCELLENT location, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone.

I booked Comfort room but got only Standard room, so downgrade for the higher price.
The place was dirty, the room looked like it wasn't cleaned, there was still used soap from the previous guest and some hair on the sheets.

They send me to another place because they over booked and the other place was the room was dirty an and there was no bath towel even after asking the receptionist she was only able to give me a bath math.

It was amazing!!!!!!! The service 10/10. Gabrielle and other staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I wish they could get a higher pay for how well they work. They work so hard i’m really and definitely gonna book an other reservation there once i come back they are awesome ♥️! 10000 stars i rate it ! 8 start hotel !
