非常适合家庭出游，我们6人入住了这个民宿，住得很舒适，家具厨具一应俱全，可以简单烹饪，同时地理位置也很好，几分钟步行到jr站，周边有2个大型超市，非常便利。房东非常友好，回复信息很及时，沟通高效。

可能是建筑结构的原因，隔音稍差，在一楼走路二楼会有点噪音，在一楼榻榻米可以听到街道上车辆开过的声音，而且一楼的榻榻米推拉门似乎无法完全关闭。

The spaces were lovely and location was great. The host was also very quick to respond.

Well designed house, good mixture of modern and tradition. Clean and well maintained. The house was more spacious than I expected.

The nearest parking lot is at the park around 300 meters away. Need some time to locate the available parking at first time.

The space with two bedrooms upstairs and living room kitchen downstairs. Being close (3 minute walk) to a train station (Hanazono which is on JR line so our JR passes worked). Being very clean. Good shower. I like being in a residential neighborhood rather than a touristy one, so you see more how typical Japanese live. Reasonable price for Kyoto.

No silverware (hashi, forks, spoons). The host was a little obsessive before we came about getting our information and passport photos. Maybe the fault of booking.com instead of the host, but when I tried to reply, my reply did not go thru, This happened several times.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 5.

great location very close to JR line, convenience stores. large & quiet. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds.

there aren’t directions in English as how to work the washing machine, heat/AC. and no dryer so clothing takes a long time to air dry on humid spring days.
