Too many roaches and spiders. TV in master bedroom did not work. Should have an informational notebook with such things as recommended restaurants, things to do besides amusement parks, how to work TVs, etc. Should have a list of check out utems to be done. Every VRBO i have stayed in has one.

For the short stay that we had, it gave us what we needed but if we didn’t have local family it would have been difficult to use the kitchen as intended. The cookware was few and far between and what we available was all dirty and needed to be washed before use. There weren’t enough coffee cups for all the adults staying in the house and we had to have our local family members bring multiple kitchen tools to use during our stay. The water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work so we had to purchase bottled water. 3 days into our stay we realized the sink drain in the kitchen has disconnected which caused a big water mess under the sink and was most likely the cause of the terrible smell in the master bathroom and the reason the shower drain drained extremely slow. The sink was fixed after making a call but this issue was known to the owner.
As far as the pool area goes, it was definitely a nice amenity to have but there were MANY loose tiles all around the pool which was a huge safety concern with multiple small children staying at the house. The pool toys were non usable because they had all been left in a pile of dirt and leaves. The lawn in the backyard was poorly kept and the cornhole boards were warped and not usable.
We tried to contact the owner about the issues we had and the updates that were needed but received no response. The house provided a place for us to stay close to the location we needed but unfortunately didn’t meet our standards for the price we paid.

The main draw of this property for my family and I was the pool. Travelling from Canada for a little break from winter. Property is not per pictures! Much more run-down. Very dusty and semi-clean upon arrival ( dead cockroach on kitchen floor) despite host asking us to check-in late due to cleaner “unavailability “ Paid to have pool heated to 82 and then a verbal agreement to increase the temperature to 85, despite this the pool was usable for 6/7 days due to the low temperature. Contacted host about main shower not working and the pool temperature remaining low. Without warning or a response to my message, sent a “maintenance” man to come check it, who tried to enter the home without notice or permission but was stopped due to the door being locked. Shower was never fixed and no further updates were given. During two days of rain the roof leaked excessively, making that area of the home inaccessible. Previous water damage was apparent in the area, obviously not a new issue. The pool itself was dirty upon arrival with obvious signs of deterioration to the surrounding tiles, the filter, and an area where a live light fixture had become detached under the water. The refrigerator at times appeared to stop working, which we suspected resulted in items going bad. Stove also experienced some issues. Not recommended for families or anyone wanting anything besides a place to sleep.

We came down from MD for a Flag Football Tournament for. The place was was very spacious and cozy. There was 7 adults and there was more than enough space for us to hang out or have space from one another. Unfortunately, it was cold when we were there so we didn’t utilize the pool or grill but, we played pool a lot and watched movies. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owners were very responsive with any questions or needs that we had. Minor upgrades needed but, overall we loved it!!

The property was spacious and great for entertaining friends and family. We enjoyed the heated pool. Gunnar accommodated us at the last minute, and made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive communication. I would stay again.

Property manager answered questions quickly. Location of home was great. Within 15 minutes of anything we wanted to do in the Tampa area. House needs a little maintenance update but overall has nice appeal.

My team of 5 was here for a business/charity event and this place met our needs and then some! It was clean, had lots of room, and the pool and pool table were definitely nice to have! We return every year around this time for this same event and would love to continue staying here!

The owner is great. He communicated quickly and with perfect accuracy. He was EXTREMELY responsive. I gave this an extra star because of his professionalism and responsiveness.
The property pictures did not equal to our expectations. The property was clean on the inside but overall, it needs tender loving care. 1) The neighborhood is not the best. We were disappointed with the community. You go on vacation and the appeal of a community matters. 2) The yard and the outdoor area need better curb appeal and tender loving care. The grass was not cut and not manicured. Weeds were growing in between the walkways around the property 3) The room that appeared to have been the garage at one point had VERY large spiders plus smaller ones. My family had to spend some time chasing and killing a few spiders. It's a problem if my first question in the morning to my elderly parents is did either of you get bit by a spider last night? That same room- the tv did not work. We changed the remote-control batteries but could not get the TV to move off the 1 station. 4) We were afraid to use the pool because it looked dirty. We believe it just needed to be painted (again maintenance). We have stayed in much nicer properties/communities for this price point. I really wanted to give this property a better rating because of the owner but this was not a place we would stay again.

The house was in a great location, it was well stocked with supplies and clean. Although the pool was clean at first look it didn't appear to be because of the cracks in the bottom. And the third bathroom is in the rec room, the toilet didn't work properly. We also got alot of rain while there water came through the ceiling in the rack room. The alam on the fridge will go off if you leave it open for 60 seconds and it hard to turn off. Over all the houses was nice with small things.

Stayed at the property while attending a convention. The property was as listed the area was nice and the property sat in the middle of everything. We had adequate number of towels and the pool was relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

We had 6 of us in the house - more than enough space for everyone. Location was centrally located for easy access to all of the tourist stops. Recommend wearing shoes at all times - or your feet would be gross. Wish the pool was more clean.

Loved the house. Incredible location. $10-15 Uber rides to anywhere. Pool was refreshing break from the beach (if you prefer that.) Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
