The apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything you need. Comfortable beds, new air-conditioning units, black out curtains. Fully equipped kitchen. Mr. Alexandros who takes care of cleaning etc. was very helpful and nice.

We had booked the entire  apartment (4 bedrooms) for our to stay, (work perposes) One day before prior to our arrival I had a phone call from someone (which I have assumed was a host or representative of the host). This person called from German phone number. This was very strange as we live in Cyprus and the apartment is also located in Cyprus. There are many cases of scam telephone calls like this in Cyprus. So it was very worrying in itself. This person has informed me that even though we have booked the entire apartment, another person is already staying in it, and we will have to share the apartment with this person. As this person is staying in this apartment already for one month. And it's a problem of Booking.com as they have made a mistake. I have informed this person that we have booked and fully paid for entire apartment and we are not going to share it with any one. As a reply this person asked me to cancel my booking, promising that I will have a refund.And he hang up. Although according to the conditions of our booking with Booking.com if I would cancell this booking, I will loose all the money we have already paid 547 euro. It was very unpleasant and very worrying. And it was the least we needed one day before the beginning of one of the biggest music festival where we were working. The telephone numbers provided in the contact info of the host were not working. One was giving you a recoded message, that some one from the company will answer soon. So I realised that it was another German company/service for short turn rentals who is in charge of this apartment. Plus there was a number in USA. I had to call Booking.com support. In total I have  called 3 times (over 2 days) from Cyprus to UK Booking com support spending 45 minutes and paying for international call. I really did not have this time at that moment as we were really busy with work. Something straight forward turned into a night mare.

Clean and large accommodation for a good price, very friendly owner. Kitchen was very good equipped.

In our bedroom there was a door to the other apartment - so we hear almost everything from their bedroom.

Very well looked after by host if anything was needed good communication.

Sounds from neighbors you can heard very good :), even then talking or watching tv. But for this money and all furniture in flat - you can expect that kind of things, so except this - everything amazing and we even would repeat this Apartament for next trip.

Alex the man who greeted me when I arrived was extremely helpful & kind he helped me with my bags and helped me with a few other things..like setting up my Netflix on the TV ..Helped with the wi-fi..His English was excellent and he was always smiling ..My room was lovely, good size room everything was nice and clean! I was so pleased to have a balcony!! ..The AC was excellent I loved all the wood floors and wood beam ceilings! Wonderful smells too of all the blossoms in bloom.... The village was lovely I especially loved the little bridge..My balcony had a great view of the bridge as it was so near and nice view of the village...I would highly recommend this place to others and as for Alex the host he is excellent at his job!! 10/10!! All in all a great stay!!!😊

Alexandros was a great host. Nothing was any trouble. Very comfortable bed and the place was clean.

We liked the host. Very kind person who offered us fresh oranges and lemons. It is great to begin a day on terrace with local fruit for breakfast. The village has a charm. It is a calm romantic village with nice streets, taverns and beautiful neighborhood. We have visited the great hill with view point frame, old aquaduct in very kind lady's garden or beach. And the other days trips to Trodoos. If only we could stay more days there. The supermarket AlphaOmega is just a few minutes from here. So when you have a car so it is convenient. The ratio price/value is great here.

I stayed in Apartment 1 on the ground floor as a solo traveler with bicycle. Access was via a individual coded key locker next to the door. Instructions and communication from the hosts was very good and they replied promptly to a few questions I had via the booking.com message system. The apartment is as per the description. It's very new and well furnished for a short stay in a peaceful pleasant village location. It has Aircon in both the bedroom and living area. Alex lives next door and was very helpful and spoke perfect English. I had some of his wonderful oranges from his garden. My visit coincided with a national holiday so everything was shut. But there is a mini supermarket within walking distance and 3 tavernas. There is also a big supermarket 3 miles north. If you have a car and like peace and quiet it would be a good place to base yourself for a few days. Parking is nearby.

Really cozy, it is exactly as in the pictures. The host was really really kind and even offered as some oranges from his trees. All brand new (tv, fridge, toaster, oven etc). The couch is REALLY comfortable, wish I could take it home.

The door of the bathroom was a bit tricky in order to close.

The location was exceptional in a quiet village, 1 minute walk from a Mamas traditional meat tavern (try the sheep halloumi on the grill for sure) and playground with basketball field, under a beautiful stone bridge. Locals are very friendly, the beach is just 6 km away, a nice clean water stone beach, there is a hypermarket just 5 minutes drive from the location and a Mcdonalds, many options for fish taverns close to the beach and the best part is that it is 20 minutes away from all three cities, Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol. Pafos should be around 40 minutes drive from there. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious, easy to find and right at the centre of the village. It is ideal for long stay since the apartment includes everything needed and especially for those who are in search of a quiet location but with easy access to amendities and the town facilities. Certainly you need to rent a car if you want to make the most out of the location. There is a free parking with plenty of space just opposite the residence which is very convenient. Best part of all is that the owners are very friendly, they offered us oranges from their garden and they are ready to listen to feedback and assist on anything needed. We are booking for holidays every now and then around Cyprus, but we will certainly return to this one at some point. We loved Ayios Theodoros, the people of the village and the residence helped us make the most out of it!
