Everything to like. Beds are the most comfortable I’ve had on my 6 week UK/Europe trip. Staff are outstanding & the food in the restaurant is delicious

I stayed in the hotel for the entire time I was there, with was less than 24 hours. But it had all that I required under the specific circumstances, which was an unexpected extra day in Belfast when my intended flight home was cancelled & rebooked for the next day. I’d been traveling already for 2 weeks & was quite exhausted. All I required was rest & good food. It provided both quite satisfactorily. It was also close to the airport, which was convenient.

Left too early for breakfast!

We arrived at around 7:00pm, the Receptionist said we could eat in the bar or restaurant, the bar only serves snacks in the evenings so we went to the restaurant where we met two rude members of staff who arrogantly told us we couldn't eat until 8:00. The restaurant was far from busy and I said could we have a table, have a drink and wait. Having asked the younger man first, I then asked the man in charge (wearing a jacket) who snapped - "you have already been told you can't have a table until 8:00. We had a 4:45am start in the morning and just wanted somethig fast. We went to the bar where a very friendly young lady member of the team took our order for snacks with a big smile and she was excellent. A trainee manager I think.

Bathroom was nice and new. The room was quiet and the bed was big. Spacious room.

There were previous guests open bottles left and no new bottles but the receptionist promptly brought us new ones.
