We had room one right next to the front door. Bed was comfy we had access to the kitchen if we needed it. TV had Netflix ect.

The bathroom needs some attention could have been a bit cleaner as it's a shared house. Also the shower needs sorting out. But I was still able to use it.

The room was clean and tidy.

No microwave, there wasn't a booklet on how to work the oven. The oven seemed like it defaulted to about 7 or 8 minutes. Therefore I didn't use it after the first night.

It was very clean, and quiet, and easy to access the keys in the lock box to get in. There was plenty of parking on the road outside.

There was no ventilation so I was uncomfortably hot, the only way to have ventilation was to open the glass door to the garden which was in my room. People go out there to sit and smoke right in front of this door, so there is no privacy or way you'd leave the door open, as it gives people access to the room. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV, and no one is there to ask. There were no little pods of milk, which is usual to be able to have a cup of tea. I didn't find it very relaxing there.
