A/C and bedding is Okey. They have charged more than what mentioned in booking,

They have not provided GST bill, so it is not good for business trip, facilities, and overall hygiene. I was not satisfied, for the price we paid it is not at all worthy.

The hotel is located very close and at walkable distance from Kochuveli railway station. The rooms were clean.

Everything else, Especially the owner and staff who made our stay very uncomfortable. They were very unprofessional with their responses. Stayed here from 18th to 20th Mar'23 with family (Wife, kid and parents) - 2 rooms. On arrival, I asked about the amenities in general as lift was not functional. The response from Owner was to ask Booking.com. For any issue, he was asking to contact booking.com He had a problem that we got the rooms at economical prices from website and that the actual charges were much higher. They insisted on making the full payment during check in. (He denied to give any receipt or acknowledgement for the payments). We were asked to pay early check in chargers for both the rooms (which is ok since we arrived early as informed earlier), however there was no flexibility from the hotel when I asked to provide 1 room as early check in and the 2nd room after normal check in time. Also the owner and staff called at 10.30 PM asking to clear payments immediately which they had earlier agreed to settle during check out. Amenities - No lift at the hotel, no TV or intercom in the rooms, they even wanted to charge for drinking water. No restaurant facility at the hotel. (just an information, this was not promised anyway) This is the first time I am having to write such a review and it was all because of the behavior and response from the hotel. My family were also shocked at their responses. Hoping they improve from here, They need to understand that they are in the hospitality industry.

good location opp to kochuvali railway station,parking is available

Clean rooms, closer to railway station, malls and main highway.. Owner was quite helpful in making arrangements and helping with the billing. Overall satisfying stay with family!

Lift wasn't working.... We had our rooms on the 4th floor; it was tiring going up and down the stairs. Also room service was not adequate... Restaurant not functional...but these are temporary issues.

The staff was very attentive and made sure all of my needs were met.
