I would rate this 5 stars if not for the room's lack of functional storage. Although the room was very spacious the storage spaces were poorly designed. The compact mini fridge made storing leftovers difficult. There were only 2 of us and I am not sure how a family of 4 would share this room without feeling cluttered.

Nice right on beach. Nice pools and hot tubs. Excellent fitness facility! Restaurant not competitive with local eateries. Advertised had free parking on Expedia but charged $10 plus tax per night for parking. No safe in rooms for valuables.

I don’t get the lazy river thing but it was great to have so many pool options.

Wonderful last minute Labor Day weekend trip. Property was everything we needed. Pools/Lazy River was great and beach wasn’t too crowded.

Always love vacationing at this hotel. Great experience for the whole family especially if you have kiddos.

This was one of the best hitels i have wver stayed in. The staff was great. The free breakfast was delicious. Convenient to het to ocean. The rooms are large and smell wonderful. This place was beyond fantastic

We love the Fairfield at Pensacola Beach! Not only is the facility beautiful, the staff is wonderful and so welcoming, my girls and I especially loved Grace at the front desk. They looked forward to seeing her smile every time we got off the elevator. The coffee was always hot and fresh and the breakfast has a wide assortment of things for most palates. It felt like home away from home!! This was a family trip to meet up with another family from out of town, so 8 of us in total. My only two complaints are the floors in the room felt very sticky/not the cleanest, could definitely use a carpet shampooing (not just the spray I saw housekeeping using in the rooms they were cleaning - but I made do and wore socks if I didn’t have my flip flops/sandals on), and next there was only a few floats for the lazy river. I will definitely plan to bring one next time! But otherwise everything else was spectacular and we look forward to our next visit already!!

We stay at this property every year. We love that it is family friendly, the staff is excellent, the cleanliness, the pool area and especially that it is beachfront.

Great property. Also rooms were nice and front desk people were very polite and helpful every time we asked a question. Will return again.

Great property. But, does not represent the rooms accurately online. Also was given handicap rooms! For what we paid we should've been given what we reserved....beachfront with balcony with Gulf view.

The lazy river

We loved this hotel. Perfect location on the beach, walkable to the main dining/shopping area. Pool was great, and had access to the hotel next door for their pool area and tiki bar. Only main complaint would be breakfast. Absolute chaos and pretty terrible options. Walk across the street to the coffee shop there. Beach was never super crowded and was very clean. If we come back to Pensacola we will absolutely book here again.

Great place! Beautiful new hotel with a lot to do. Check in was easy. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of 4pm. Great customer service. Breakfast was different every day and very delicious.

Everything is very clean and new. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful. This is a great hotel for families. We had a problem one night were we had no power in our room overnight. The night shift people did not handle our situation well, but the manager made things right the next morning. We will definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the kids loved the pool and lazy river! It has easy access to the beach as well and that made for a fun family trip! We’ll be back next year for sure!

Our stay was great. The only thing that we didn’t like, was having to pay $10/night for parking at this resort.

We loved our stay! Beach was beautiful, suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. DeJon at the front desk was friendly and super helpful!! Lazy River was so relaxing at the end of the day. I look forward to returning.
