Persons grabbing my luggage to get a tip when I am perfectly capable of carrying it myself. It is nice to offer, but not nice when no is not accepted as an answer.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport.

When we arrived for check in at 3pm , the hotel didn't have their rooms ready . We had to wait for another half an hour in the lobby. NOone in the hotel reception was sorry about this inconvenience. On top of that, there was a wedding planned and the entire lobbh was full of guests so we had to wait while standing!! Again noone made any attempt to offer us a place to sit or get us some chairs etc. There was noone to help is with our luggage. In the evening , there was music playing loud due to which we coudnt sleep well. Over all will never visit this hotel chain ever again in the future.

The breakfast had multiple options, However many of the items were stale -the smoked salmon, the cheese platter, cut fruits were all stale. The lemon wedges/oranges that were cut and kept were with oxidization stains

The lemon wedges/oranges that were cut and kept were with oxidization stains. Also the carpet in the room was dirty. the extra bed that was put had a divisios in the mattress at the centre. It hurt in the back all night long and was not cofortable. Overall, we did not find it value for money considering that its a chain hotel and the kind of food and service that was offered.

The entire Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. There was a special person / agency for pest control to see that no mosquitos are there in the restaurant area.

Being very close to airport, we find it difficult to get a cab from airport to Hotel. They should provide Airport pick-up and drop without any charges as it is only 1.4 kms from there.

Close to the airport , staff are friendly and they assist with any request, restaurant has a good buffet , nice swimming pool to use when it is hot

Hotel comfort and cleaness

Staff told me that they do not have a starter and I need to order from outside No minibar. This was a big surprise The staff was polite but very rigid. I had a good stay but I would ask the team to be more customer oriented rather than business oriented.

Breakfast was standard as it would have for any hotel of this category. Lobby area and room size was nice.

Muffins seemed old of the rack. Dosa was good. The parathas kept were not warm. Adrak tea was ok. Room service was pathetic. It took on one evening almost an hour for me to get a couple of milk powder sachets. The lift services were found to be inadequate and in the evening hours took me almost 15 minutes to reach my room on sixth floor from lobby level. The room needs better insulation as far as noise is concerned. It might have been a comfortable stay otherwise but for the above mentioned factors, it wasn't. Sleep too was disturbed because of the loud noise from somewhere outside.

Staff were not cooperative at all, I had security issues as 1 staff entered my room without my permission at around 10:30 in the night. I was also refused help when I was unwell and had requested for a help via reception and the senior managers.

Didnt get a fully functional room despite multiple requests as bathroom exhausts were not working. Response time for getting shaving kit or even a glass of mil was one hour. Some shady businesses are also running in the hotel. Never stay with family here.

I had a great time

The suite we stayed in was spacious. The location is close to the airport. The staff always had a smile on.

If the room is taken by 2 adults, the add ons as per the itinerary must be relevant for 2 adults. Eg. 2 pair of slippers, 2 dental kits, 2 keys, etc. I hope the one they saved was worth the save... The kettle was dirty which upon reporting, was replaced, the lamp that wasnt working was taken away and did not come back, the carpet could have done with some cleaning.
