Best location and very easy to find....love the quiet area.
The owner was very kind and tried to please us in every way....the hot tub had a leak and I told him not to worry about it but he tried to keep it full of water anyways. He was waiting for the service man to come to repair it.
I would have liked to know that the home had 2 cats in it....there was a smell from them....I had difficulty with my allergies while I was there because of it....luckilly, my hubby had some allergy pills with him.
Other than that, the home is very comfortable. Very nice overall. The bed was also comfy to sleep in,
The area was very peaceful with no noise at night at all.
**one note to the owner** We came back after midnight (which you knew ahead of time), and there was no outside light to get to the front door....it was pitch black....and with a couple of steps to go up, it would have been great to have a quiding light of some sort....that was tough for me.

The bedroom is lovely, luxurious and private with a lockable door. The ensuite is large with a generous tub and large shower. There is a very comfortable bed and TV, so only needed to leave the room for snacks, really. The location is great in a leafy quiet neighbourhood. 10-15 min walk to a convenience store, drug store, food take away and a pub.
The owner has access to and uses the communal spaces on the main floor; the living room & kitchen, which are adjacent to his office. There is no lock for the tenant on these spaces. I was watching TV in the living room and it started to rain so he came through the living room from his office to go to the deck and tend to the outdoor cushions. It is not private. For instance, in the morning you couldn't go to get a coffee from the machine in your undies because the owner might be there. Not. Private.

What a wonderful place to stay! Can’t believe the luxury for the price! Kevin is an excellent host. It was so beautiful and serene, wish we had more time here.

The property is immaculate and feature packed. Set in a beautiful and peaceful location, you hear nothing but the tranquil sound of chirping birds as you admire the amazing view overlooking the Thames River, Kevin is a super friendly host and we really enjoyed our stay!

It was beautiful. The house had everything you'd need and want while on vacation; nice size shower, big soaker tub, lots of space to hang clothes, comfortable bed with lots of good quality pillows, a fireplace for both the bedroom and living room, Netflix on both bedroom tv and living room tv, full size fridge to store food, lots of different coffee selections, hot tub, a little fire pit, lots of comfortable sitting areas inside and out, and a beautiful view of the river and forest behind the house.
The owner was very nice, welcoming and helpful, he also provided many little things I wasn't expecting that made it feel very homie.
If staying in London again, I would definitely book this place again.
I loved sitting outside with my coffee in the morning, listening to and watching all the birds.

Nice hot tub right outside the bedroom sliding glass door. We had access to the full kitchen, dining room and living room. Fireplace in the bedroom was a bonus! Bathroom was lovely and huge!
