It is a very nice hotel, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price. There are plenty of options within Medellin and this was on the mid-high end of the spectrum.
It does have one of the coolest restaurants I saw within Medellín, but hotel guests are not prioritized here.
I did have a bad experience on my first day: upon reading reviews I went for the Panoramic view suite, which was at a higher price than the first couple of options. The first night I got a room overlooking the garden and back wall to the property which they insisted was their other type of panoramic room. In my dictionary, that does not count as such.
After plenty of discussion I got moved but until the following day. No compensation on the first day other than a few chocolate bars.
I also read this but did not think it was this bad: PLEASE READ. Medellin is a very hilly city. On a map, it would seem the hotel is close enough to El Poblado, to enjoy a nice time out at night and potentially walking back, or even during the day. It is steep and not easy to walk back and forth. Trying to get an Uber from downtown or Comuna 13 was a nightmare and many people don’t know the hotel (if you’re catching a cab).
There were a LOT of mosquitoes in the room.
Overall it was a nice stay but I would NOT go back to this hotel.

My friend and I stayed in two different rooms, the walls are very thin and you could hear everything happening in the other room it was horrible, in the breakfast you can only have one coffee and that’s it. Customer service is horrible and front desk people are not helpful at all. Would not recommend this place

Everything there was amazing, quiet and everyone was super friendly. Every day the bed would be made when we got back and the food options were good. We ended up ordering Rappi quite a few times (it’s the DoorDash equivalent in Columbia) and they always delivered it right to our room. Excellent service and beautiful stay, next time we’re in Medellin we will be staying here!

The property was located in a safe convenient location. The hotel is not luxurious so don’t expect that. However we were expecting the basics such as good internet connection and hot water. Our room (Exclusive Suite) although it had beautiful views, the internet was not working therefore our TV did not work either. The room had a jacuzzi and a separate shower but you could not use both at the same time, the pressure would drop and the hot water wasn’t the hottest. On night 2 we requested to be moved to a different room which was much better in regards to room’s amenities however we lost the view, we were moved to a room in the back. The rooms are not supplied with face towels. Overall the place was nice, if a better hotel was offered I would probably take another option.

The property is modern, clean and quiet. I was traveling with my family we had everything we need, delicious breakfast included. The staff is very friendly and well educated. The restaurant at the 5 floor has a beautiful view, food is good we had a chicharrón ceviche
Reception staff called for taxis every time we needed, 5 minutes wait max.
Pros: No walking neighborhood, no pool, no access to the jacuzzi in the spa area.

Very nice property located in the heart of El Poblado at walking distance from El Tesoro.
Staff was amazing and property in excellent location.
Amenities were on point with hot water with amazing pressure, ice cold ac, full mini bar, comfortable bed and an amazing rooftop restaurant with a great view and amazing drinks. We did not make it to the gym or the massage room. Breakfast was free and choices were really good. Will definitely go back.

We had a great time at the hotel, the staff was super nice and helpful. The mall is about 6 minutes away walking and was very big. The breakfast was so delicious.

Got charged for double for a mini bar item such a hassle go get a refund. All these documents they ask for proof for a mere 10-20 dollar charge. Never again am I staying here. Your accounting department will cause you to loose more clientele. Get it together, it is not right to be giving my wife a hard time for such a simple refund.

Only con: they only provide 1 key per room and if you are with young kids that do things on their own is complicated. Staff mentioned that it was because hotel was full but they should have a minimum of 2 keys per room. But Inhave to say that everytime we required hotel staff to open the room they were always available.

Rooms are modern and well appointed, both in-hotel restaurants are excellent including the free breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly sound proofed, I could easily hear people in the next room talking or sneezing and our neighbor banged on the wall several times when we were just watching TV at a normal volume in the late evening.

The room had a rug totally wet, it’s produced high humidity and then produced to us bronchial congestion. We want mention a good service at the breakfast area, the front desk service and the bottom boy call Julian, his attention made the most difference in the stay at the hotel.
