Ambience, neatness, service.

Noise from A/C. Staff said it will be rectified next day, hope they would've have done.

The only one staff (Anees) there is courteous and helpful. The place clean.

Location is not ideal. Very crammed.

Bedsheets werent clean .Room service was late in the morning.

The rooms are comfy and spacious. The location is good. The staff (Nithin) is polite and courteous. The property is more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

The service was not great. There were no toiletries except for a bar of soap. Towels had to be requested and reminded in spite of confirming the booking a day in advance. There was no electric kettle or fruits in the room as provided in the description. The breakfast option is Toast and Omellete only. The staff informed that the property is in some ownership transition but that is not a justification for under delivery of service especially when these things have been marked on booking.com as available. The price is not commensurate with the service. The rooms are great, but a hotel is not just about rooms.

First of all the staff Mr biju's behavior... After paying money we are there but he behaves as if out of his mercy we arevthere... Second they promised a room and gave me another... Third breakfast was included when I paid but they did not provide... Actually they don't have proper functioning...

this is a highly recommended stay in TVM. its very close to the central bus stand and railway station. Very ease access of public transport.. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Care taker and the host was very nice and was going extra miles to keep us happy !
