It was a nice area, very safe

It wasn’t very clean, the room was okay but there was a musty smell.

The property is well situated for getting to the airport

The hallway carpet was dirty. The bannister rail is dangerous, it is broken and gives way when used. As a result, I got such a fright as I almost fell backwards. My bedroom was not clean, none of the surfaces had been dusted and the feature mirror need to be cleaned. They provided 3 sets of unusable stained/dirty towels. The light switches were dirty as was the bedroom door. The shared bathroom floor was filthy. All of the above made this an unpleasant stay. I brought all of this to the attention of the owners. I did not stay there on my last night. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this dwelling to anyone else.

We didn't stay for long, but the house would be a great base for an extended stay. A/C in room worked well.

Bathroom sharing was fine, but it was a bit messy having so many shampoo/conditioner and body soaps left in the shower. Could be a little tidier.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, pretty clean place. Transit is accessible nearby but you have to walk a few minutes get to the bus stops. Was easy to get in and out with provided key. Air conditioning was a plus in the room, as the weather was hot during our visit.

Felt like there could be areas to improve on, even just having a small garbage in the room or a tissue box. The bathroom was close by luckily but being shared it’s not always accessible. There was another one with a toilet only downstairs. It was very basic and decent for Vancouver since a lot of places to stay are rooms in homes, but it was quite pricey for 3 nights, for what you actually get, in comparison to staying in a hotel.

The backyard was quite nice

It was not clean and we felt like we had to always wear our shoes inside. I recommend wearing sandals or crocs so you can wear them as shower shoes as well. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair, the mirror in our room was dirty, and the carpet wasn’t clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there appeared to be cameras on the walls with duct tape over them - which was very odd.

This house was a love at the first sight. After a month travelling through California and staying in motels, this was a beautiful surprise. Even though we were a bit afraid of the shared bathroom as we are travelling with a 2 years old, there was no problem for us (and hopefully for other grouos neighter). The house is situated in a beautiful and very good neighborhood. The house itself is very lovely, with nice furniture, very well equiped and very clean. We felt very comfortable, just like at home. We stayed in the room downstaires, the bed was extremely comfortable. This was our first time in Vancouver and only for 2 days, but we felt in love with it and I think this accomodation helped it a bit, so we will definitelly come back! I have to mention, that even though there is a self check in /check out and you are not meeting anyone in person, the host is very nice and responsive, all of my questions have been answered immidiatelly, and we have received detailed information how to get in etc, so it was smoth. Thank you.

We liked everything :) I can imagine, that there can be a problem with wrong behaving guests in the 2 other rooms, but we were lucky and got very nice people, we could chet for a while with.

Room is spacious, location is great, quiet neighbourhood. Living room, kitchen and bedroom are very clean.

The room for our first stay was quite spacious and bright. The house is cute and in a nice neighborhood and Simone was extremely helpful regarding late checkouts/early check-ins.

The second room we stayed in wasn’t quite clean (eg food crumbs on the tables)

Really good room with an amazingly comfortable bed. All the communication with the property was easy. The place is secure and located in a beautiful neighborhood.

The area is nice, downtown is 20-25min by bus. Kitchen was fine, there is a nice little garden where you can have breakfast in good weather.

The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.

A great place at a very good price. The location is in a beautiful area...not too close to the ciity but not far either, easy by public transportation. Can make your own meals too.

There wasn't any breakfast! The location was a bit remote although the bus service was excellent. I didn't have a car.

When I arrived I didn't know how to access the owner because I didn't have a phone. There was a coded phone box which I knew nothing about so I couldn't figure out what to do.

The room was beautiful and my host was very accomodating! I highly recommend staying here!!
