Very central location for a good price.

Facilities are rather old.

The staff are very friendly, hotel are comfortable and affordable. They have washing machine, microwave that sharable.

Its not i not like but for the future, please clean up your microwave. Make it as your daily routine to maintain hygene.

The facility is really closed to the subway, and right across the traditional market, with many good Korean food. The room is smaller than we expect, but clean, and GREAT SHOWER. The staff Eric has gone extra miles to ensure we have a good stay, including sharing his specially made Korean pancakes for breakfasts, and shared the best money exchange place, etc. He has made us feel supported in the foreign land.

Unfortunately, we have been switched rooms and down-grading from deluxe to the standard rooms and staill paying the same price, and the Korean staff trying to cancel our Booking It bookings, and we had to argue for a long time to keep the bookings for our 22 members group.

The staff is very hospitable and attended all our needs. The room has a huge toilet and bathtub.. my second time staying here and my kids really like the place.

For budget hotel everything is fine.

The price is reasonable considering the location . Staff also assisted me very well. And also i got discounted from the owner.. Seoul is very expensive so if you're looking for budget friendly hotel, it was really a good deal.. Definitely will stay again.

Room size not as per description(379sf), less 220sf or max is only 250sf although w attached bathroom access to your room. I would say above price matrix /Pricy to stay with this room type.

Location is all right within 500m from station , walking distance within 500meter to Dongdaemun, exit 13 do have escalator if you don't have very heavy trolley or luggage. Otherwise lift is at exit 8 only .

Location is good near metro.

Rooms are definitely not 36m2. They are about 12m2. Very misleading. Rooms are old.

the rooms are tiny. the power beside the bed didn’t work and also the router in the room . we asked them to fix it and they didn’t do it.

Very good location, walking distance to Gwangjang Market is certainly a plus. Spacious room, quiet. Owner attends to our needs promptly.

Absolutely nothing

We didn't have hot water for 4 days even if I complained 3 times to two different people. They both said we would have hot water next day but it took 4. It wasn't until I got mad that they did something. I also was sent to another hotel the first day I arrived and I got kicked out from that one without me knowing why. I asked for some kind of compensation because this situación was unbearable for a hotel and their staff (blaming each other trying to avoid the problem) but I still didn't get contacted. 0 professionalism 0 respect for your clients 0 respect for your job and workmates I am still waiting for the email you were supposed to send me with your answer to all of these problems. I hope it doesn't take 4 days again, even though it's already been 3. Thank you so much for taking your time to read this and I hope it helps you to improve.
