Excellent location in a secluded part of the Nottinghamshire countryside.
Property is a bit dated (late 1980s?) which was fine for us but might put off some other lodgers. A new light had just been fitted in the lounge area but it was way too bright for the front room so we couldn't use it.

Friendly host, clean and comfortable accommodation. Extras like washing up liquid and tea towels. Small , quiet park with play area for children.
Improvements would be towel hooks in bathroom, bath plug with a chain, working shower.

Very close to where we had to go, the gate to southwell folk festival..
Small , uncomfortable chairs and sofa.

The camp manager was great - really friendly, clear and helpful. The site itself was beautifully kept and set in gorgeous countryside.
The cabin smelt a bit like cigarette smoke - which I understand, but hadn't anticipated.
