The property was very clean, all the amenities were available and ready incase we needed anything last minute. Amr, Sabry, & Mohamed Ali have been nothing but great honestly and they’ve been quick to respond to all of our needs. We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mohamed Ayoub, the owner of Bird Nest Lotus Residence and he was extremely welcoming and respectful towards us all.

The flat was so clean and nice. Perfect location. The staff was very helpful and got us everything we needed. Saber was a great staff member, very helpful!

الغرفه واسعه
حمام واحد للشور فقط المكآن آخر التجمع وكله ظلام وطول الليل نباح كلاب يعني لازم يكون عندك سياره اقل محل او تجمع نص ساعه مشي النت ضعيف جدا

بعيدة اخر التجمع وليس حولها اي خدمات لازم سيارة

الشقه نظيفه وآمنه جدا للعوائل
تعاون الموظفين وبالأخص الاخ مصطفى والأخ صبري
لا يوجد خدمات قريبه يمكن الذهاب اليها مشيا على الأقدام - ضروري توفير وسيلة مواصلات
يوجد كلاب ضاله ( أكرمكم الله ) حول الموقع بسبب ان المنطقة غير مأهوله بالسكان وايضا تسمع صوت النباح آخر الليل

موظف الحجوزات شي خيالي يمكن بيشتغل حداد او هندي
طبعا كاتبين في غسالة ولا يوجد غسالة واهم حاجة قفل الباب الخارجي لا يقفل المركبين قفل إلكتروني ولكن أي شخص يفتح الباب من بره يفتح

I am out of words.! I’ve been visiting cairo for over 12 years and this was my best stay yet..
The property was spacious and everything was super clean and organized.We were offered snacks and the fridge was packed with everything we might need..
The property manager Amr is one of the best I’ve dealt with;moreover, his way of dealing with his residents made our stay even better.He was always in reach and never hesitated to help…
The location is pretty good, with a mall right ahead of you. It’s in Tagamoa, were all the cafes and squares reside. You will need a car to move around though.
Definitely dealing with birdnest for my upcoming visits!!!

Everything from the interiors, bed sheets, facilities was more than expeditionary for the price paid. Most importantly, the host Amr was amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay great. He even got us complimentary snacks , drinks and coffee.

it is horrible and big smelling,there are hundreds of buildings are completely ampety and under construction,it feels like ghost town，that is my most terrible experience of hotel.and nobody there at the reception,I want to have a code of Wi-Fi called many times without reply,and no people.the worst thing is some doors and windows cannot locked
