The inside of the rooms looks a lot better than the outside. Outside is a little rough so to say.

This was the dirtiest, filthiest, smelliest room/motel we have ever encountered, and that includes motels in third world countries. The bathroom had feces and urine, literally on the toilet bowl; the tub was dirty, the sink was disgusting, the door lock did not work, and the room smelled like dog urine (or human urine, who knows) When we thought it couldn't get any worse, we opened the microwave since we smelled something bad...There was a container of food in there with black mold and spores, literally the most disgusting and unhealthy thing I have ever seen. We panicked over the health risk, packed up and advised the front desk that we needed a refund and needed to find a different hotel. We were told that they were having trouble with housekeeping, but no credit has shown up yet. We're now disputing with Expedia and our credit card.

We arrived and saw the condition of the place and refused to even stay. Absolutely disgusting!!! Received no refund.

This was hands down the worst hotel ever... they mentioned the had the carpet shampooed in theroom so nice and clean... carpet was still wet, i cam into the room and ac was set to 60 degrees i assume to try and dehumidify the room. There was a hole in the wall with blue painters tape on to try an cover it. The cold water handle in the shower easnt attached was sitting on the toilet, and there was a constant stream of water thicker than a pencil coming out. They had mentioned they were completely booked for the night with graduation and events in town and i couldnt find another room. Do i had no choice but to stay. It appears there were many people "living" in the hotel. When i booked the room it showed a 4.5 star review.... what a joke... i found another hotel for the 2nd night i was in town.. this hotel didnt deserve 1 star... but couldnt give 0.

Noisy smelly could hear drug dealing from my room. I feel I was deceived

When me and my daughter stayed well was about to stay there, the second floor wasn't done properly, there are window pains around the whole top floor, someones window was open and there was needles and other drugs on the dresser and the parking lot has a bunch of pot wholes, and there is a speed bump in one of the entrance way that didn't have any yellow paint on it, I couldn't even tell if it was a speed bump without the yellow markings, the building looks like they use the cheapest material they can find, my room the paint above the bed was coming off, my mattress had stains along the side of the bed and the room didn't even smell like they cleaned it with proper cleaning supplies, I did not feel safe there with my daughter

Someone should let travelers know that this motel is undergoing renovation at the current time. There was no light bulb in the desk lamp in my room. The room itself was old and shabby, to say the least. The curtain was torn, and the heater/cooler was nonfunctional. This place needs A LOT of work. I remember when it was an old Holiday Inn...newer then, and a whole lot nicer. I was disappointed, and will pay a few extra bucks to stay in a nicer motel next time.

We got checked in and we couldn’t get the tv to work so I called the office twice both times she said she would be here to my room in 20 minutes we’re now past 1 hour and still haven’t seen or heard from her.

Pillows were the flattest pillows we have ever seen. Bath tub and shower were not clean. Several holes in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Towels were not clean. Microwave was not plugged in and had no outlet to plug in to. No phone and phone jack was completely pulled out of the wall. Curtains were stained and ripped to the point that they did not completely cover the windows. Morning check out staff was friendly and listened and asked for our feedback. Would never stay there again and would tell everyone to stay away

Unable to get requested room where stayed on other occasions. No trash cans in any room ever stayed … and this occasion had terribly dirty carpet. Rather gross sink. UNcleaned toilet. Great price, but upkeep this occasion was lacking.

Ive read reviews on this place and sure it may look uneasy but for the price i paid i believe the place was perfect. I enjoyed my stay for both nights!

This place smelled like drugs before we even entered the lobby and a bunch of homeless people just hanging around it didn’t feel like a safe place to stay stuff unhelpful to say the least would not recommend this place to my enemies and wouldn’t give me my refund had to call hotels.com to make a complaint about everything our room had cockroaches and cigarette burns everywhere in a non smoking room condoms in the trash can this room was gross we were there less than 5 minutes and had to find a different hotel never would stay in this place again

The area was sketchy and dark like being in a warehouse district. The potholes in the parking lot were almost not navigable. The building was very old. The clientele mostly live there long-term I think. I sat alone in my pickup for quite a while watching two old men leaned up by the entrance smoking and sharing something from a brown paper bag. Finally I drove away. I will not be staying there EVER.

Love the openness, for an older motel it isn't in to bad of shape!

First off. I get to them motel and upon entering the parking lot, my car gets stuck in the snow. No one had cleared the snow in the lot. It cost me $50 to have a truck pull me to a parking spot. They didn't have a wheel chair accessable room. I had to pull my girlfriend backwards in her wheel chair threw the snow that hasn't been cleared from there parking lot.

Whole place smelled liked cigarette smoke. Rooms and lobby. They were nice and said they would refund me but still not seeing it on my credit card. Since I needed to stay somewhere else because the smoke smell was so bad

checked in and out in ledd than 15mins. room stank of old cheese, curtains had never been washed and bed bugs on the sheets! receptionist was helpful but after 5 days still havent received refund which was promised as well email from receptionist

So we had to wait in freezing cold for battery to be changed on doorlock before entering a room that had no bedding no working outlets no towels the television wouldnt work without specialized remote in which was unavailable to us. The clerk did grab bedding from the room next door. But it was awful. Im expecting a full refund and for this motel to be marked and not advertised through ANY AGENCY. AND WHYNDAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED

It was absolutely gross, the pictures don’t match the room. It smelled like weed and cigarettes, there was a lot of construction and holes in the walls/floors. Do not recommend staying here ever!

This place is nasty! The "nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the bed linens, boarded up and broken windows. I could go on for days about everything that was bad. Needless to say, this property should be torn down. So, long story, short; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Super convenient and seemed less than (4) block walk straight N, then East from SE front of Hotel Property, to Jefferson (Greyhound Etc) Connection/ Station!

Although my stay did not need to be long, I found a number of different things that really just made me not want to stay there. First and foremost the dead bolt needed extreme force, and I believe that was due to the door being bent(you could see out the door between the door and the frame at the bottom and the top) the folks around were pretty sketchy, and while I was not in classes would often be wondering if I would be found dead in a dark alley somewhere. So the dead bolt being difficult was a pretty stressful factor. The curtains were so overly long they lay a foot on to the floor so there was no point to using the ac or the heat since I would have to open the curtains in order to actually gain a benefit from utilizing the unit. The microwave wasn’t plugged in and unless I physically moved it, I was not using it, there were dirty finger prints on many door surfaces including the bathroom, there was no chair to sit in, no alarm clock no phone, and the light bulb from the main lamp was down right not present. The characters that mulled about who also had rooms were awake and mobile mostly during the late night and early morning hours and I’m pretty sure I counted at least four fights, two of them pretty intense, and one woman in a black non licensed Nissan just at random screaming about how she had no where to stay. If however, you embrace the risk of seeing how brave you really can be then of course this is the and what you can tolerate, by all means enjoy your stay!

Area was dirty, unsafe, so we just check out minute after checking in. The door to upstairs is only open if a rock is holding it. Room looked ok-ish, but we did not want to leave the car outside that place. Smelled like weed and piss everywhere. Half of building looks like it should be demolished. Would not go again.

since we have c-pap's we could only use one because only part of the plug in or outlets worked.

There was a mouse in the room and people were fighting outside.
