Nothing!

Bad bugs! Spider bites? Repeated attempts to contact someone in charge! No manager, no refund just blown off like it didn’t happen. Was told by staff that the bites look like mosquito bites. No help!

The breakfast was easily accessible and the food exceeded several hotels that I have recently visited. The bacon was nice and crispy and the gravy for the biscuits had a good flavor.

I just happened to be in the furthest room from an ice machine. They we only on floors 1 and 3, I was on floor 2 at the opposite end of the building, that is the only thing that wasn’t great.

Stay was in a great location for what we needed it for and we enjoyed the room, nice and quiet.

The property was very clean, fresh and new! The beds and pillows were super comfortable and I loved how the bathroom had a shower and not a bathtub shower combination. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast was delicious! I liked the extra thick coffee cups with the sleeves to take with you on the road. The orange water was an extra special touch and available to all guests. Property was well designed!

Toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed.

The beds are really nice, the shower is huge and is rough on the bottom so you don't slip most hotels have smooth shower floors and I've got hurt that way before, the curtains make the room pitch black which was so nice when I went to sleep.

Honestly I can't really think of anything, I liked all of it, I liked the little market in the lobby it was nice to not have to order something late at night they've got food there that is pretty good

It was new and well maintained.

The breakfast was pretty limited.
