It was very close to the Comel river and such a cute place!

It was under construction due to new owners but that is the only thing :)

The price was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great airconditioning in the rooms. They had some tubes and kayaks available at the river access.

The rooms were tiny and had no wifi. Tiny TV with basic cable. We never received fresh towels during our 4 day stay. The pool was warm, dirty and not well maintained. They had a pool table in the guest house. The guest house had wifi. It was really big and had a bar, but it was closed (I think for good). The space could have been used for more things for guests to do, but was empty. The river access was not well maintained and was difficult to get in.

It is an excellent place with everything you need to spend a good weekend. It's not the fanciest or newest place but in a stark way it does everything you need. Excellent location, cleanliness, parking, direct access to the Guadalupe River, Comal River 8 min away, I will definitely visit again soon.

the location is a plus for tubing and food.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Enough parking space close to the room. Good location, uber trip available, 4 mins to Gruene. River view is good

Room was old and dark, not enough lighting. There was a leftover soap in the bathroom from previous guest. Fridge was not clean Trashcan was right in front of windoow, overflowing. Did not feel secure with the door lock.
